@cdq85 when you get a minute, could you look at mine again? Call the rail company and the prompt mentioned it was released to the customer in Indiana. Not sure what that means?

So the other day when mine was checked it had the blue arrow on "processing" but had dates that were further to the right. Do I trust those dates on the right of the arrow?

Would you be able to check both of these? I was told mine went to Freight status today. The first was the original VIN number they gave me but still shows “A” in the system so I wonder if they switched my truck to that second VIN which is identical.

Hmmmm……after I saw my tracking and got the train and car info, I’ve been checking through the phone number for locations daily. On the 13th the tracker said it had left San Antonio. Next day, said no updates available. This morning it said it had arrived in San Antonio. This afternoon it had left agin. Is my truck doing circles around San Antonio?

 

Could someone do a look up for me? I haven’t gotten an update since 5/26 and pretty sure I’m rail purgatory.

That's what I'm saying. It really sucks for people who need to travel to get their trucks. I know dates are fluid but it helps sometimes. I have very limited weekends available and sometimes leave land for work, so planning a pick up as soon as possible is tough.

 

I think you two guys nailed it. It’s difficult to project the arrival and that makes travel arrangements hard to plan.

 

I luckily only have a 3 hour drive to the dealership to Northern Virginia. Its as simple as tossing the kids and wife in the car on a Saturday (hopefully this Saturday) morning and going. But for others like you with flights, I'd take every little update I could get my hands on.
