Here she is! My new Winnebago 2455 BHS! 5300lb dry weight and 600lbs at the hitch. My Tundra is a 2013 and I bought it used with Airlift air bags in the rear already on the truck! There is a compressor mounted underneath and I have a wireless remote control to fill the bags to what ever I want! This is my very first travel trailer so I am a rookie at towing.

I also purchased a BLUE OX SWAY PRO HITCH for the added safety.....especially with all the mountain driving I'll be doing! Does anyone have any opinions or advice on these hitches and how they perform from personal experience? I was looking at the E-qualizer brand hitches but they are 400$ more than what I spent! I installed the hitch myself with no trouble. All advice is appreciated!

Also.......is it normal to hear a loud "POPPING" sound from the rear of the trailer? It is definitely coming from the articulation point between the 2 axles in the rear that connects the 2 sets of leaf springs for articulation. Between a couple of neighbors and I, we were able locate the exact location of the noise when backing up and moving forward over light dips in the road (even with the break controller off), and the emergency break wire was not engaged. The last of the 3 pictures I've loaded shows the articulation point. I sprayed some silicone lubrication at all the pivot points and the sound seems to be mostly gone. Has anyone else experienced this with a new trailer? Is there a certain type of grease I should use at the articulation points? I am contacting Trailer Source in Wheat Ridge today as well......any help is appreciated!

Welcome..very nice tt.. I have not seen a tt with leave springs that does not sound like a train arriving at the station..ps..you could probably add a t splitter and add a train horn..since you already have the ac.
