2003 tundra SR5 4.7. so when I put it into 4h I hear a click still seems to work fine. Is this my transfer case needing new lube or something? Truck has 260+k on it.

Is the click noise only happening right when you press the 4-HI button? Like, you're not getting a clicking noise when moving? If it's just a noise when you press the 4-HI button, that's the actuators/relays engaging to get you into 4WD and is normal.

    ^^^ spot on

    Couple comments….
    1) If you do not know last time fluids were changed, give thought to doing so
    2) It’s suggested not only in owners manual but by many in here that one should exercise their 4wd periodically

If it’s clicking while driving, your CV joints may be worn or out of lube.

Yeah I have a jeep all time 4wd never hear it. Ok on to next question. I am going to put a leveling kit on it. What size tires and offset. Never had offset but I think back like .25-.5 wider would look spectacular. Truck is not mud only so don't want boggers. Yet I want some aggressive tread. Just trying to stay fairly low on price. I can't justify 5000$ in wheels and tires on my 3000$ truck.

Don't go too high with the leveling kit in the front. You'll end up with one of these...
