RCI Tundra Sale!

Damn I ordered one day after you and just north of you. Still nothing yet.

 

I ordered mine May 16th and mine still says processing, but I'm assuming just another 2 more weeks......

 

I got a shipping notification. Should arrive today. Ordered on date of post

 

I checked my shipment is on the way and estimated arrive on 5/31/2022.

 

Makes no sense how I was probably the first or 2nd to place an order and mines still processing.....

 

I ordered a trans skidplate with cat guard for my 2022 on 4/29. Basically 2 hours after I saw this 2022 Tundra Armor is NOW AVAILABLE!! post of them releasing skid plates for the 3rd gen. Last email I got was the order was received and now being processed on 4/29.

 

I think the 2022 is still being developed. I was forewarned that the current available trans/skid plates would have to be drilled on the Gen 2/2.5 to allow for the cat guards.

 

If you go to RCI's website and search the individual skid plates, they give you an option to pick the material and under additional information it lists the weight of each.

Ordered a black aluminum transmission skid and the cat guards on 5/16. Skid plate should arrive tomorrow in IL, but still awaiting shipment for the cat guards.

 

Got mine in today. I’ll take pics when they’re on. Out of curiosity my old 08 tundra front/rear diff and transfer case I ran royal purple. There was a lot of debate back in the day on royal purple vs amsoil severe gear. Which one do you guys run in the 2.5s? Any longer term guys seeing benefits from either? I’m planning on doing all fluids before I bolt these up this weekend

But no cat guards, two weeks I guess

 

Same. Skid showed up today but no cat guards

 

Still processing here..... 2 weeks was yesterday, so again I guess another 2 weeks....

 

So my trans skid is showing up 1 day early, today.

Normally I wouldn't be against that. But today is different. My wife is home from work all day, it's a huge delivery that's not for her, and it's her birthday.

Tomorrow, none of those things are true. Dammit.

 

Probably one more week - like it says on the website.

 

Got shipping notification today, from what I’m reading probably skids but no cat guards yet. That’s okay, waiting on bunch of other stuff to arrive too..

 

Checked my order today. Completed. RCI provided tracking number but nothing yet from FedEx. Maybe tomorrow hopefully!

Just got my shipping notification. Trans skid plate and cat guard for 2022 tundra suppose to be delivered Monday.

 

For those that got their skids is your front Aluminum engine skid a 2 piece or 1 piece? @RCIoffroad is the 2 piece a newer design?

Received engine and trans skid today but will wait for cat guards to come in before install.

 

Received my cat guards today. Was wondering for those who also received theirs what size hole are you guys going with? RCI site don't have any installation guides.
