have 2004 tundra SR5 4.7L 2wd Bucket seat/console access cab. have passenger seat photo.
Toyota says my vehicle (by vin) has no Passenger seat occupancy sensor. Owners manual confirms this. Says in accident both bag will deploy. Has a manual passenger seat on/off switch for passenger side airbag(ignition key) for children to ride front seat .have seat out and their are two electrical connections. One is for seat belt .The other goes into lower seat cushion. anyone know what this is? may have to consult airbag tech .thought it was occupancy sensor .Thanks in advance for any assistance,

Follow it into the seat to see what it connects to.

My 01 has an "occupancy sensor" but it's really simple. It's only job is to make that seatbelt light flash right by your airbag on off switch for the passenger only.
