PPF on everythang!!!!! Even yo PPF!

 

Lol. Better than rubbing through the paint. The flares tore my 2013 up pretty good. My truck is at the shop as we speak for PPF on the headlights.

 

I really like mine too, I just put them on the front of the drivers seat. I asked my other half if she minded if I installed them on the passenger seat and she said absolutely not. She is all of 5'2" and can barely touch the floor as it is... or so she says. Also, gave me a good mounting spot for a fire extinguisher bracket.

 

For the headlights I'd check and make sure you weren't affected by the headlight harness recall. Or it was fixed. Before I did anything to the headlights.

For raising the seat look into seat jackers by desert does it as they are regarded highly (I just purchased some at the recommendations of this site)

For the oil filter oem from Toyota are usually cheap and work well although some others do add or modify their oil filtration.

As a wonderful warning. This forum is great for introducing you to countless products and devices you never knew you needed. And with the aftermarket support Toyota has worldwide there is a huge amount of specialized and custom parts out there. They will make you feel good and your wallet lighter.

Gave Keith a call, super guy to talk to. I told him that my truck is primarily a tow vehicle and he let me know what he thought would be the best choice for me.
We went with the standard 10" cat back exhaust made w/2 1/4" pipe for max TQ and little to no noise in the cab.

Thanks. Wasn't too bad. Plus, the seats will always cover any mistakes. It's really hard to make a mistake, as ESP provides a template you use for cutting.

 

How is the SABM doing with your stock exhaust? I bought the stuff to do it but chickened out since I don't "plan" to change my exhaust anytime soon.

 

Do these replace the 3w auto module? Or is it just lighted buttons that work in conjunction.

dude you need some blacked out LED headlights! that bumper and light setup is awesome.

 

I was worried too but the template works great. With the 2021 you do need to be careful of one spot when cutting, there is a wire loom under the foam in one spot for the keyless entry trucks. There are several write ups on this site though. The instructions that come with also detail where to be careful.

 

I actually have the 2018 Black LED OEM headlights. Just have to wire them up and put them on…amount a couple other things

 

Haven't done the oil changes myself, can you change/add this spin on cartridge adapter without draining the engine oil first? Not sure where this sits in relation to where the oil drains/bottom of the pan.

 

Since we need rain I figured I would do the area a solid and wash my truck. It’s pretty much foolproof.

 

What product are you having put on the headlights? I just got the TRD pro's and don't want them hazing over.

 

I'll look and see....I believe it was Xpel. Most of the shops that do ceramic coating do PPF as well. They use a computer program that cuts it. He said that the program doesn't cut a piece for the top so they did it manually by hand.

Do the covers make the door closing feel more solid? or improve anything , or just protection?

You were talking about mounting a fire extinguisher. Have you looked at these? https://elementfire.com/ They are much smaller than a 5lb bottle and extinguish for 4 times longer. They are quite a departure from what people think of when they think of an extinguisher. I have them in every vehicle and gifted ones for all my family's vehicles.

Edit: oh I fogot, also put one in our kitchen and gifted some to family members for their kitchen's.
