That's great that you can get one. Rough country discontinued it but they are still on some sites. It was 20 hours of labor not including the Line-X

Does me no good lol by the time I pay some one to weld it I’m better off with a custom built or something already put together

Where did you get the trim around the cup holders and shifter with the screw heads in it. They look awesome.

Did you use that Lincoln 140 for all the welding on that bumper?

Still happy with the coastal bumper?
Did you weld it all with the 140 class welder?

Yes very happy. Much cheaper than an off the shelf and its a quality piece. Have flexed it on trails and taken a few small impacts near the skid without issues. Going to take it off this weekend to install my winch.

Welded it all with an Eastwood Mig 180 on 120V. Just had to really take my time and also prep surfaces very well. Would have been much easier on a 240V machine. Had a friend who's an experienced welder help with all the structural parts as well.

The welding is my concern. I have a 140 mig. I can see now winching the bumper right off the front of the truck where my welds all broke....

Nice! Is the logo just a sticker that can be removed?

Be warned I have the same bumper and if it went like mine did when you install the winch you may be looking for another ps cooler method.

Yes, however, i do think there is an indented part on the bumper shaped in the sticker.

I have an Apex Badland 12k sitting on my bench, and fitting it in there with the PS cooler is my biggest concern. How did you end up rectifying the problem?

So, if your winch solenoid can be relocated, you won't have to relocate the OEM PS cooler, correct? After seeing your thread and looking at a few others on this site, I am probably going with the Coastal Bumper (in aluminum), just don't really want to have to cut up my truck. I also already have a Warn winch and the solenoid can be relocated... Based on your experience, this should work without your PS frustrations, correct?

Nope. Even with that and the relocation kit it wasn't even close to fitting. I even used the x20 10k they recommend

When I had a Tacoma, I found no less than 10 bumpers that fit my requirements. This is proving to be a challenge with the Tundra... I will probably go with the Coastal and just do everything exactly how you did it haha. Thanks!
