I feel like yours should be showing up any day. Was yours held or delayed like a lot of people for quality control?

Nope… been checking every morning and it’s been sitting at F… salesman expected it already and should be any day but just the frame of reference that it’s been just about a month now when he expected 2-3 weeks

Went and looked on their website, and what do you know there it is. Permanent VIN # is 5TFMC5DB9NX002300. Can you try again as it's still showing nothing on my side.

Very similar timeline as you (in PA). I saw someone posted their salesman gave them the screenshot with the train info, half-tempted to see if mine can do so. He's an older gentlemen and been like pulling teeth to get info from him. I've seen some other trucks from neighboring dealers with a similar build date as mine already hit "G" status which is frustrating.

Good for you - glad you were able to get one. Super disheartening to hear about the issues with Idaho/Montana/Eastern WA. Seems like WA state in general has had major issues. I believe there a few over on the west side that have been waiting since EARLY April with end of March build dates. From what I have been reading, it seems like 90% of the country receives their trucks within about 3 weeks, give or take. But our area seems to be WAY behind for whatever reason. I am curious now if there are ANY in our part of the country that received their trucks within 3-4 weeks after going to F status...

Yea, it's super frustrating ... Almost better to order through a far away state and just fly in to pick it up. Hopefully this Klamath Falls Oregon one works out quickly. It was only built on May 11th and it's already sitting in the yard in Portland. The prior truck I had my name on was built mid April and got on the rail, but doesn't show it ever made Butte/SB. Anyways, I reached out to the Portland yard via email to see if I can get any info on it, but I doubt I'll receive a response. The dealership in Oregon seems to be confident it will be delivered this week or next. If that actually happens, I'll let you know because that would be 4ish weeks from build date. I just need it within 3 weeks and we will be all set. Hope yours shows up soon!

Thank you! I'll definitely be updating this thread when I finally get notice that it's here. I was happy to see some other hybrids getting delivered, because I thought potentially that might be a big hold up. But seems like they are hitting the lots now.

I am using AutoNation in Spokane Valley. Is that the same dealer you're using?

I’m through Tri-Cities over in Kennewick. Not sure if their vehicles come through Butte or Portland. Hopefully Portland reading this!

Crossing my fingers for you. Funny enough, I thought maybe I'd do a little research on this to see what I could find. There is this:

    upload_2022-5-31_14-55-11.jpg

Got it from some document in 2018 (https://aar.com/standards/pdfs/2018 AAR Terminal Guide Master 01-18.pdf) so who knows if it is still accurate or not, but Toyota does not show up on there. I know my dealer made it sound like the switch to the Silverbow, MT port was recent, so wonder if Toyota is having issues actually getting things routed there, or off the trains.

If you look at Idaho, it shows there are NONE. Which would make sense why they are delivered in MT.

    upload_2022-5-31_14-57-23.jpg

Maybe this thing isn't even helpful at all though, because it looks like there are ports in WA state that Toyota uses:

    upload_2022-5-31_15-0-32.jpg

I know when I placed my Ford Bronco order, they told me it gets shipped straight to Spokane and then off a train here. Which looks accurate according to this. But you would think Toyota would use Renton port for WA state? Although, maybe I am closer to Silverbow, MT than Renton. But seems odd.

Whatever the case, it seems like there is a major issue getting trucks to the PNW.

I appreciate the research. You would think with the multiple ports in WA that eastern WA would be covered rather than drawing out of Montana. Interesting for sure. Optimistic mine runs through Renton, but I guess we’ll see what happens!

That is some fine research there! Definitely interesting how many use Montana. I had called a dealership in eastern Oregon (close to Idaho border) and they were using Montana too ... so I kept looking further west. Lol

Also, BTW: Salesman in Klamath Falls texted me a bit ago and said their usual turnaround from the Portland port is 7-10 days. Crossing fingers that's my timeline.

My truck is on the train to Silver Bow, MT. So I’d say that is the port being used for Spokane. 8818B07E-E085-4CE3-811A-6BB947784D0D.jpg

Right on, looks like you’re getting close. I haven’t been able to pull any of this detail out of my dealer. All I know is mine is in Freight.

Wow. So if yours was built 4/15, but then started it's journey on rail 5/17 that is quite the lead time. If mine was built 4/29, maybe it is JUST barely hitting the rail now. Did yours show the F status right after the build date of 4/15? Because if you haven't gotten yours yet, then mine definitely must be at least another 3-4 weeks out.

UNLESS somehow I am very lucky and ours are on the same train... UNLIKELY, but maybe :)

It was actually built 13 April and by 14 April it had changed to F status. I thought it was already on the train by 15 April so I was getting antsy expecting it anytime. I just recently learned, like a week ago, that it hadn’t actually left San Antonio until 17 May and as of today still has not arrived to MT. Who knows when I’ll get it. It’s possible your truck was also on the same train because I think they might actually wait to reach a certain threshold before sending several train cars full.

My truck was Built 21March. Been waiting forever after QC. Just got work that it got back on the train in Seattle and landed in Portland today! So after I get all my PIOs installed, it should make its way to the dealer......I fucking hope. Then, I can finally give them my 70k and do donuts in the parking lot before I find the nearest Jeep Gladiator to T-Bone.
I'm going crazy from the wait.....

    AZ - Phoenix

    MD - Jessup, Baltimore
    MA - East Brookfield
    MN - St Paul
    MS - Tuepelo (load only)
    NJ - Newark

    OH - Lordstown
    OR - Portland (load/unload)
TX - Houston, San Antonio (Toyota Assembly, load only)
    UT - Salt Lake
    WA - Renton

My dealer told me that Portland used to be the port for their dealership, but said recently it changed to Silverbow, MT. Seems to be consistent with what others have been told as well - but I’m not an expert so who knows.

Mine has been in the Utah port since May 30th, it should be any day now. Any word on when you can order the 3inch trd lift kit for TRD off-road?

So if you are in the Gulf State Region, do they just truck all the vehicles to the dealer? I have one on order in Mississippi and I am wondering how it will get there.
