88333 miles. Drive it occasionally, a week at a time every 2 months. Haven't driven it for about 4 months this time. Started it up and the "VSC Off" light was flashing and the "Slip Indicator Light" was on. I drove it for about 2 hours and nothing changed. Connected the OBD II reader and got the P2440 code plus "Sec.Air Inj.System Switching Vlv Stuck Bank 1."

I tried several options to clear the the "VSC Off" message but none worked. I read up about the valve sticking and watched some YouTube videos. My questions are these:

    1) Does all this mean my ECM Module is bad since all this happened at the same time?
    2) Would the stuck valve give all these indicators?
    3) If so, can the valve be repaired, or do I have to buy a new one?

    Thank you.

Welcome from LA (Lower Alabama)! You might get some responses to your questions, but you'll get more if you post this in the Ask The Toyota Mechanic thread.

Was that what you meant by Ask the Toyota Mechanic thread? If not, where is it?
