New wheels are coming as well as tires. I’ll be ditching the 20s(I keep them dirty) and going down to 18s( wants 17s but I have to make sure the offset due to my spindle lift and might hit)

This is great news! Except… no surprise… I vote you post a new thread to find trucks with spindle lifts and 37’s on 17” wheels. So you can identify 17’s that will clear, then you can rock them forever.

You know, so, planning ahead, when you lose that spindle lift and go LT :p, you won’t have to buy yet another set of wheels.

I tried that and didn’t get much replies as I have the 5” kit. Most everyone has 6+. Hopefully I get some locals that might be willing to let me test fit a spare they have. That way I buy once and don’t end up with spacers

I got 35s without regear but interested in it or a supercharger. Both pretty expensive but fun.

Funny you say "or" because my buddy was told he wouldn't feel a difference with 35s if he regeared because he has a supercharger

I am interested in the Harrop, I did find a garage that can install and tune. But with these gas prices, Super Unleaded is crazy expensive. I may have voted wrong.

How many miles a year do you drive your truck? At 15,000 a year, averaging a pretty bad 12.5 mpg, the extra 50-55 cents per gallon would be $650 more per year. If you can afford to drop the coin on the blower it should be an inconsequential difference between the 2. And besides, can you put a price on happiness? ;) Best mod hands down.

I am getting one once I pay my truck off, I drive a company truck during the week and put less that 3000 miles on my Tundra a year. I live in TX and gas is not that bad, but getting there. Also get 10.8 mpg, but good with it since I only drive on the weekends. I do like to go fast :mudding:

EBC yellow pads are the only EBC pads that I have personal experience with and they're great IMO. There's no need to run fancy, special rotors though I do. I know guys running stock rotors with EBC pads and they're quite happy not spending excessively on rotors.
As far as re-gearing for 37s..... It's really good idea IMO to re-gear. It saves unnecessary wear on the entire drivetrain.

Warren, how long do the Yellows last? I got the Orange and they’re already done in less than a year.

Well, if you're looking for something that's gonna last longer, Yellows AREN'T IT! I think I average about 20k out of a set and usually the front rotors need replacement then too.

I am running a 35’s and a harrop supercharger and just installed 4:88’s in and the throttle response and drone at hwy speeds is noticeably improved… I wish I installed it sooner!
