I was gonna say - I’ve had some that made me look around to see if someone was pranking me because they were that bad. Had to stop and air out the truck once on a long drive for about 15 minutes because my eyes were watering.

nothing like trying to nonchalantly walk to the bathroom with a juicy shart smeared all over your crack to check yourself, realize you’re screwed, and then try to clean things up in the stall using 1-ply toilet paper.

Then I had to tie my flannel shirt around my waist and walk across the street to the Fred Meyer (grocery and department store combined) and buy a new pair of underwear and pants.

I should’ve listened to my grandpa - he told me that after 40, never trust a fart and never waste a hard on, even if you’re alone.

Why are so many people (on both sides of this argument) bragging about buying their truck cash? Interest rates are a fraction of inflation right now. If you cant put $60k to work to beat 3-6% a year, money isnt your thing and I wouldnt be bragging about it. If you guys actually have the income you claim, you’re getting sub 3%. You’re a fool to pass that up.

 

Its also funny to think about all the 40-50+ year old men arguing on here. I just imagine their children asking: “Daddy daddy, youve been on your phone for the last 4 hours, can we play catch now?” as they angrily type away with their pointer fingers on a smart phone, adjusting their cheaters every few characters.

I never expected a truck forum to have so much animosity.

I sure am glad that I bought my tickets a couple of months ago. Funny coincidence that someone should mention the city I'm flying to at the end of this month and at the same time give a nod to the place my grandfather apprenticed.
