In all honesty, @22PlatWCP, at your later age, purchasing with cash is not a wise financial decision.
You could make a much higher roi with that liquidity and simply make payments on a 0% interest loan.
At the very least, putting that cash in an IRA, set up an LLC and use the vehicle for a tax break.
