New owner here from PA. Owned a new first gen 2001 Limited for 13 years. Was one of those frame rust trucks that received a full replacement courtesy of Toyota. Sold that and stayed with Toyota but not a pickup. Never really liked the lack of power in that first gen. truck. Desire to safely tow and haul with a dependable truck brought me back.

Yesterday, brought Lambeau II home. Wow. Grey Metallic Limited Crew Max TRD graphite interior. Just finished installing Tonneau, sill guards, and bed divider. Been catching up on some of the great content here.

First mod planned is the color matched TRD Grille and surround.545f9642d3601194a118b51d6356d089_565fb5b1eafb46829689bc89e72bd31870963bcd.jpg

Thank you. Depends on which part of the state. If you are in the north central area such as Potter and Tioga counties, you have the PA Grand Canyon. There's a lot of hiking available in that area and it's a beautiful place. Plus you can probably float down the Pine Creek from Ansonia to Blackwell given all the rain recently. There's an outfitter at Ansonia. That's always fun. Lower central PA you have the Harrisburg Hershey area which includes Hershey Park. I grew up going to that park and it sure has changed a lot since I was a kid. It's plenty busy there over the summer nowadays. While visiting Hershey the Hotel Hershey is a neat place to visit and or catch a meal. There's a spa there that's open to the public. There's also Troeg's brewery (www.troegs.com)which is an interesting place to sample their seasonal selection of beers. They've done very well and continue to expand their establishment. Also, in Central PA, in Lancaster County there's the Strasburg railroad and many other attractions. There are plenty of state parks across the state with gravel forest roads. While many of these roads are open, there's not a lot of difficulty and you can't truly get off-road unless you have an ATV. If you are into taking your truck off-road, you can visit two parks in the Central part of the state. They include Anthracite Outdoor Adventure Area (www.aoaatrails.com) and Rausch Creek (www.rc4x4.org). Both of these areas are repurposed from the remnants of PA's surface coal mining industry. Philadelphia and Pittsburgh are interesting places to visit. Philly has several historical sites and museums. If you like sports it's fun to catch a baseball game in either Philly or the 'burgh.

Upper Bucks is very nice but is getting expensive. I hope to move up there in few years when my wife and I decide to buy a house.

Haha. There's a 1997 Land Cruiser hiding on the other side of the Tundra and then there's a 1971 FJ40 that just "found it's way" to my place this spring. The '71 is in serious need of some work but I believe it can be saved. I just couldn't sit by and let the previous owner send it to the scrap yard. I'll have to post some pics.

Yes it is. Man I loved it. I rented a big ranch with a two car garage setup as a big wash bay. It was awesome washing my vehicles in there. The yard was the size of a football field, neighbors had horses, awesome area. If the cost of living wasn't so bad I would have stayed (but bought not rented).
