So have about 6k on my truck and the brakes have been squeaking for a most of those miles. Certain braking will make it squeak more. It's very annoying and embarrassing on a new truck, I can't get into my dealer till May 25th. Anybody have this same issue and if so what did you do to stop it?
    Thank you

you can try taking it to a car wash and spraying out all the brake dust, etc. sometimes that does it

I don't see no grooves and I'm pretty sure they are not glazed.

I have just over 8k on my truck and it’s been super squeaky for about a week now. Mainly in reverse. The dealer will be checking it out when I take it in for the flash

Could you have a small rock stuck somewhere between the pads and rotor?

No way! I’d let them do it while parts were on order lol. Cut the rotor and scuff the pads is a good temporary fix until replacements get in.

When you say don't let them cut the rotors, are you referring to ---turning the rotors or resurfacing them? I just took my Tundra in yesterday for the squeak and when I picked it up they said the right front rotor was warped. They resurfaced the rotors and changed the pads and also added an anti squeal kit.

I have the same problem with my 2022 Tundra. It is awful and Toyota tells me they are aware of the problem but no solutions yet. Very frustrating!

Man, that has to be annoying. I wonder how widespread this is? No problems here with 6,000 miles... at least not yet?

It is very loud. I even sent a video to the dealer. Stock parts not aftermarket. Bought it brand new.

Well, that is somewhat good news in that it might be a run of the OEM pad or rotor materials and less likely that there is a caliper design issue.

Every morning after the trucks sit there is a squeak the first time I lightly break especially in reverse.

I bought my 22 in March last year and I have over 9k miles. The brakes squeaked when I drove it off the lot the first day and I went right back and they told me to wear it in a little. The squeaking has never stopped, worse in reverse and seems to be the first use. Especially bad if it rained the night before. Got brakes replaced once under warranty in about June last year. Tried to tell them I was still having the issue and they ‘cannot replicate the problem’ so no new brakes again. What does it matter? New brakes will just do the same damn thing!

Squeaky brakes in the morning are the least of my issues. Going in again for the terrible driver door wind noise, driver door squeaky hinge, seat fabric loose fitting on front driver side and rear passenger side. Not even worried about the front door speaker rattle lol, or glove box not shutting tight. I’m really getting irritated with the fit and finish details that seem to be lacking on 3rd gens. And still waiting on my second key fob
