Anyone know what size/model Firestone Coil-rite bag fits the '22 Tundra? Firestone's "fit finder" obviously hasn't been updated yet since it still thinks the '22 has leaf springs and recommends the ride-rite model, but for sure one of the other bags will fit in the coils. Anybody know?

Called Firestone a week ago and they said check back this summer. Lol

I asked if any existing kits would work and the rep told me no but I find that hard to believe considering how many different coil rite bags they have. If I knew what I was doing and had the tools I would just buy a land cruiser kit or the kit for the ram 1500 and try to retrofit. If it doesn’t work though you won’t have bump stops anymore or air bags so probably not the best idea.

Nice congrats on getting the truck! I’m not sure where they are measured from but I just crawled under mine and got 5.5 ID x 12” long from the top to bottom of the coil. It’s probably 11” long from the top to bottom on the inside of the coil but hard to get a measurement. This is all with it sitting on the ground not jacked up.

Thanks! I may just grab one of the Ram 1500 kits, seems like it'll work. Pretty cheap to find out.

Bumping this thread to see if anyone has found anything that will work. Starting to get desperate. Spoke with air lift today and it if it takes as long to develop a tundra kit as it did for the f150 power boost they won’t have a kit for 1.5 years!

It’s impossible to get any meaningful information out of Firestone.

I've measured mine. Either the coilrite or Airlift 1000 kits will fit, 5.5" diameter, somewhere around 10" height depending on how many lumps of the factory bumpstop you want to cut off. I'll probably buy the airlift 1000 kit, just haven't gotten around to it yet. FWIW firestone specs the 8"/5.5" bag for the Sequoia and I believe the 10"/5.5" for the Land Cruiser which probably have almost the same springs as our Tundras, just different lengths. Then I think Airlift make a 9" and an 11". Anything around that size could be made to work.

Ok cool had no idea about the universal kits. I’m going to take my truck down to one of the local shops to figure out which one to use for sure and just pull the trigger on getting it installed. Will report back with how it works with our 1500 pound camper!

Called airlift and was told any hd kit is an “instant fail” and the universal kit only supports 1k pounds.
