Do the cartrimhome ones (the auto on all 4 windows) roll up and down all of the windows with the key fob or is that a different company/ model ?

Ordered on the 8th and just had mine dropped off (based on the tracking it actually came direct from china, not sure I believe that in 5 days but if it is true that is pretty good). Will install them a little bit later. Got the white back light.

Ok so I got the driver side master switch and installed it and it works.

I noticed when the windows are locked and you touch the switches, when I unlocked it immediately after, the windows went down partially without touching switches. Anyone have this happen?

I’m guessing a touch of the switch activates a timer. So when you touch the switch unlock maybe the timer is still running?

Ya, honestly the hardest and longest part was getting that oem wire harness connector off.

Just finished up mine took about 7 mins for all 4 doors(you need a Philips screwdriver for the driver panel and a I used a very thin flat head for the other three doors to pick the clips on the actual window switch). It was raining so I just scrambled around in the truck with the doors closed.

I went with white. Lock unlock was good and all the window switches worked perfectly. I did not try the window lock but I never use that function so I'm not super concerned about it. It was too bright to really see the backlight so it seems pretty subtle to me and I will go look at it when it gets dark.

So turns out I was sent blue switches :notsure: They are a little dimmer than the dash switches.

I know that this will trigger a bunch of your OCD but white wasn’t a match to anything else in my cab either so… I don’t know that it will bug me. I just like the function and that it has any light at all to find it in the dark.

Side note if anybody orders blue and gets white and doesn’t want to go through the return process, hit me up and we can swap:rofl:

Looks good. Mine is sitting on the work bench. Wonder with pin is for the backlights. I’d prefer to disable it.

Ok just did some bench testing. The wire that powers the backlighting also powers other parts of circuit board.
The switch LEDs on the factory unit are always on, so this unit replicates that. Oh well, if I find the lighting to be too bright I will disassemble the unit and paint over the leds black.

Easy install and everything works well.

I can confirm I’ve had these installed and working as expected for about two months (and working with 3WLiners add on as well) with no issues. Went with blue to match other lights in cab.

One observation is the sensitivity or learning curve needed to NOT do auto down/up but rather “manual” control. I’m still learning.

What happened to your factory window lock button? Was that during dissassembly?

Awesome!!!! This thing Rocks!!! Works perfectly. Auto up and down and if you want to stop along the way just rock the switch and it stops.

The lights are also not too bright either.
10 min install because I took my time. Mine even came with a pry tool to pop the cover off. The only things I had to get were a Phillips to remove the screws and a flat blade to push in the tab to take the old one out.
Don't forget to disconnect the battery since you are working with a powered connector.

Great Mod. I will be enjoying this for years.
