Brake pedal has been getting worse and worse over the last couple months. Pedal went straight to the floor today and barely improves with pumping. Reservoir is full and there has been no fluid loss. After 280k on the original cylinder, i figure it's about time.

Been trying to find a rebuild for several weeks and while I have a part # (04493-0C011) I've found absolutely nothing or sites have the number, but the part has been discontinued.

Unfortunately, the entire master cylinder has been discontinued and is not available for order either, according to the local dealer.

Does anybody have a lead on a rebuild kit? Factory or aftermarket?

What about just replacing the o-rings? Sizes? O-ring material needed?

I need this truck back on the road yesterday.

Hey cracker, can you post a picture of which MC you have? Need to see if you have the bullshit unicorn-level one they put on trucks that had VSC.

Aren’t the T100s compatible or are those unicorns as well?

I would hope Toyota wouldn't keep making the master for the T100 while discontinuing ours. The members that went that route got aftermarket masters cylinders.

The T100 master will work but requires a little modification.

I’ve been using a raybestos MC from RA for 14 months or so. Works great.

    I mean ...

Unless you want the pain of bleeding twice, and risking mushy pedal others have complained about, you may as well put on the new one. Rebuild the old one, and if the new one gives you fits, swap in the old OEM one you rebuilt.

If you happen to find you have mushy pedal after the swap, post over here, you wouldn't be the first: https://www.tundras.com/threads/mushy-brake-pedal-but-brakes-work-fine.45488/

With the confidence I'm reading in your words, I'm assuming you already know the general process, like, with some MC I've installed in the past, when I RTFI (read the f'n instructions) on most , you'll void the warranty if you don't bench bleed first yadda yadda. I have no idea what the expectation is on the part you got.
