Got done washing the '22 Plat and while drying the roof noticed the back edge of the front (movable) panel on my pano roof doesn't sit flush with rest of glass. It basically bows towards center of panel. Looking for others to confirm whether their Tundra is the same or do I have a problem.

Same here. Just about 1/16" at center.

Washed mine today as well, and while the panel moved a bit up and down as I was pressing on it, I didn't think much of it.
Went out just now to take a look , after reading your post OP, and mine's exactly the same as well.

By design? We must assume it is....reason for future concern? Time will tell.

    Side note:
Noticed how the "shark fin antenna" wiggles a bit?

Never had one before, and wondering if that's also by design, or is it supposed to be "immovable" and bolted down much more than it seems.

Chances are pretty good it’s designed that way. Since there’s a gap that can’t be sealed on top, it would likely need a slight bow to reduce wind noise. If the contour was the exact same with both pieces of glass I’d imagine the noise would be dramatically more.

Well based on others having the same we'll assume it's by design. Just seemed strange

    Bingo!

At all adjoining body seams it is ideal to have the edge in front slightly outboard of the one behind it to minimize wind noise.
