Thanks! I'll eventually get rid of it but out here in DFW I'm really struggling to find a solution. Most wrap places won't even attempt to color match the Army Green...

those are the stock nuts. Was just testing to make sure I had caliper clearance as I know some 17’s have issues. Did you use 7/8 mags to mount yours? I still haven’t bought black ones. FedEx lost two of my wheels

she couldn’t be anymore German shepherd doggo. If even for a second your not paying attention to her, she makes sure you will lol

Proceed at your own risk: I got tired of waiting for my Westcott front lift to ship (going on 4 weeks) so I figured out how to run 35's on stock suspension today. Feels great, looks great, drives great.
Remove the front mudflaps then remove the brackets that hold up the fender liner (cab side) on both sides. It opens up a ton of extra room on the cab side of the wheel well for the tires to clear when turning the wheel both directions. Took 30 mins to remove everything. This is not financial advice. Some people have said those brackets are there also to prevent the wheel/tire from coming into the cab during a collision. I understand the risks involved in my actions. There are far greater risks involved with continuing to drive around like a weenie waiting for my Westcott kit to ship.

You'll just need a 10mm for the fender liner screws and a 12mm to remove the x2 bolts holding on each bracket. This is what you should be left with. This, and all sorts of real estate to tuck your 35's.

Put on a brave face and do what you gotta do to stuff the beef in those wheel wells boys. Best of luck out there.

Dude I order my Wescott lift on March 10th and it still hasn't shipped. I've been told about 3 times that it will ship this week or the next....2 months later and I'm still getting the run around.

Same boat I ordered on 3/13. Emailed them and the latest reply was

"We have had an insane response to these kits!! For good reason, as word is getting out on how our kit differs from traditional spacer kits. These demands have gone up and up. Lead times are looking close to the 6-8 weeks on the black anodizing. (I know website says 5-6 weeks for your kit, been trying to get our web guy to update appropriately. I'm just trying to be realistic, i have seen them go out on the lower end of that - but also slower, as it depends on what batch comes back from the anodizing company we use. the 22 tundras are the hottest thing right now, which is what is run the most. we do make it all from scratch in house, and like you, have to wait for them to finish our kits)Know we are moving these out as quickly as we can for you. look forward to see what you do with the build. Let me know if you have any more questions. Thanks for the support and patience "

Cool! I'll have to hit him up. I don't think his shop came up in my search when I was looking.

This concerns me deeply. If I don't have a tracking notification this morning I'll call again and tell them they're delaying $20k of part installations on a show rig.

You can call them all you want, but it's not really going to matter. They've been VERY transparent about the back log they they have an how they're working overtime/two shifts to get orders out. If it's that important, you might have to think about going elsewhere. When did you order yours, and did you order the anodized or raw kit?

boy that looks great, totally changes the look. How did you black out the toyota logo in the middle center cap?

has me thinking of trying to find a bigger P tire and just leave the stock platinum wheels, I want to go lighter this time around and avoid the Load E but go a little bigger than stock

It's smoke black vinyl wrap. It's a temporary fix untill I find some solid black ones compatible with the wheel.

looks sharp! much better then the chrome lugs and shiny logo.

I wonder if they make a better center cap for a different model or something.

That's what I'm waiting for, either a 3rd party one that fits properly or the time to get the OEM powder coated.

    2" Front Level Kit Method 705 18" +18 offset Toyo Open Country AT3 295/70R18
Already posted this on another thread but after 4 months of lurking here, gotta make it official. :)

I just got my new shoes today.
I did the 2" Amazon leveling kit; Method 705 18" +18 offset; 295/70R18 Toyo Open Country AT3. Just a small amount of rub on full lock. My local tire shop couldn't readily get the 35x12.5 and I'm so glad, I really love the 295's.

Before and after pics. I went with the Battleborn echos (garage sale price, couldn’t resist) 18x9 +18 offset, with BFG KO2 275 70. I’m happy with the look. I will level the front soon, still hoping bilstein produces an adjustable front shock for that in the near future….
