What color are you going with if you have the saddle tan interior? Husky shows a mat for the 2022 but I called today and it is an error.....maybe Juneish.

I ended up buying the black ones since they are close in color to the rest of the area, but I admit the cocoa are tempting.

I would Highly suggest Husky Matts. I got one for my tundra and it's so nice! It's a softer rubber than the WeatherTech, but very durable.

Front fit on the WTs is disappointing. Rear fits perfectly but the fronts have gaps and don't lay up against the kick panels

There are no husky’s yet as far as I know, they are usually my first choice but I got the WT last week they fit perfect.

I just bought the weather tech “hp” variant for our new CX5 and although skeptical when I ordered, they are really nice and have a good fit. I have the standard weather tech in my Tundra and they are fair at best, as highlighted in earlier posts.

I would wait on the Husky! I used WT on my 4runner, better than what I had but fit was not right. With age and use, fit gets worse. Huskys in my Tundra and they are so much better!

I received a response from Husky today that there have been a few setbacks, and the release date has been pushed back to the end of June.

I had a set Husky X-Contour in my 2014 CrewMax Platinum, and absolutely loved them. The rear area was completely covered and the material is "more giving" and the weathertec mats. My 2022 came with the all-weather mats. I'm happy with them, but Husky doesn't have them released yet for the 2022. My opinion.

FYI, WT sees nothing wrong with the poor fit of these mats. Screenshot_20220504-164446_Gmail.jpg

yeah WT has gone downhill, get husky's. better coverage and softer rubber. the WT are so dang hard rubber they never fit flush even after 8yrs in my 2014 4runner. my 2018 tundra husky's are leaps and bounds better in fit.

    It's good
My 1st Gen WTs fit like that, which is great. I think it's what you want them to be good at. If it's laying as flat as pliable rubber - Husky. If it's easy cleaning and removal, WT.

mine is about a index finger gap on my 2014 4runner for the front driver mat as it meets the A pillar. that a good enough feeler gauge :)
