Are these sitting on the bed and just attached to bed rail, or did you mount them to the bed with bolts?

That’s good to hear! I’ve seen the videos of the full dash tear down, which was making me not want to do a HU install myself.

Looking at your pictures, I assume you just popped off the center console, the usb panel, and the hvac control panel?

Nice ... be sure to have the painted surround covered with clear protective film, if you don't want it to chip and peel. Ask me how I know ?!:(

Love your setup. I’ve got the portable as well - but want something installed. What tweaks did you to to make it permanent?

Wiring wise I removed the battery terminal clamps. Depending on your setup you'll need to add wires from the engine bay. Currently I added a relay that will come on with ignition power. But this will change later once I have a switch pros. I also removed the air tank and changed the routing of the braided line and fittings of that line.

So rather than an input/output line from the tank, it's one line from the compressor to the quick disconnect. Not needed but I cut off the a portion of the shield just to give it more room and airflow.

    Pic of the airline attached.

First one I’ve seen in the cab. Nice, clean install. Do you typically have passengers with you? Seems like it would be painfully loud.

Pull out (snap out) the bottom power outlet panel, then same for HVAC controls, then 4 10mm bolts for the head unit. Think the nightmare is trying to replace the upper dash trim parts.

Just ordered the Eibach Stage 2 coilovers since they came back in stock over the weekend. Looking to add toytech shackles to go with it.

Currently running 275/55 on stock 20s. Need to figure out what to move to next.

Would you still recommend getting one? Thinking of perhaps changing out my current bed cover.

Yeah it wasn’t a quality issue, they just shipped me the wrong cover, and then a damaged one after that

The cover itself is great! I’d spring for the metal one if you don’t have a bed rack on top of it because the polycarbonate is fairly flimsy. @RobertD has the aluminum one and it’s a fair amount beefier.

Dropped it off yesterday for the headlight recall issue. Made the appointment because they said they had the parts. Called today, apparently they don’t have the parts on hand…. They’ll have them tomorrow and it’ll be ready for pickup Wednesday. .

    Alot of them
What are they replacing on yours? Or does the inspection still have to be done? One guy on here had a harness replaced. They are not doing an LED upgrade, and the recall points directly at the harness being the issue.

Thats a nice set up!! What rack is that? Do you have any pics from the side? I’d like to see how tall the top of the tent is in relation to the roof of your truck.

I was under the assumption of a harness change. But will know for sure when I pick it up on Wednesday.

It is the cailiraisedLED mid height rack, and I do just so happen to have a side shot! I took it with the wide angle, so it looks a little wonky though.

Got it all wired up and running. Did a test fill on a tire. Dropped it down to 25psi then filled it up to 35. It seems like it took a minute. It was so fast. Compressor was ice cold. Stoked to use it.

Has anyone started getting their car trim auto up/down modules in yet? I’m very interested to see if they work as described.
