Haha I've seen something like that done in the past, but for a car tire, not a truck tire.

The first time you explode a tire onto the wheel is pretty frightening.
Every time after that is less exciting to the point where it's tiresome and you'd rather just seat the bead the regular way.

I just think it's very amusing. I would only do it as a last resort myself...

What IS the regular way? Everyone I know… yahoos… thinks creating an explosion is normal.

Good question. In the field I would try to get one side on as much as possible and the other side close and then run high flow air to the remaining gap. But an explosion may be the only way.

Wrap a come-along or ratchet strap around the circumference. Keep ratcheting until it pops on the bead. Let me see if I can find an example. I use ratchet straps for innertubed dollies.

Super easy with small tires, but with anything more than 12" or so, I need to spray the bead with a little water and soap to help with getting things to seal up a little better as you're pumping in air.

Well it does have a roll bar so when you capsize you won’t get trapped underneath on the sea floor and boat launches should be easy.

Instead of making new thread... looking for tire reccomendations for crackie.

Plan on putting on the 17" rims I got from @Cummins3500 soon ish as crackies tires are.... less... than desirable.

Biggest size I can run with no rusty pinch weld beatings preferred. Already noisy enough...
