Hey guys, Im back in a Tundra 2020. Glad to be back. My last tundra had OME heavy kit with 613 springs dakar add leaf, SPC UCAs, summit ARB bumper, and 35's with gears. Dont know if I will go as high or intense on this one.

I had question what will not be needed with mild lift
Going 6112/5160 @ 1.9 with a winch bumper with 1.5 Icon pack in leaf.

Will I need diff drop, or carrier barrier drop with mild lift?

    Thanks glad to be back

I did similar (6112 @1.9), except added 1 coach builder shim in the front and +2 shackle in the rear. No diff drop or anything else needed

1.5 lift in rear, you may need carrier bearing drop. I needed it when I lifted my truck an inch in the rear.

For your pricepoint, check out Eibach Pro truck adjustable coilovers. Assembled coilovers, adjustable 0-2.7 lift and rear matching shocks for about $1100ish and should ride better than what you are considering.

Carrier bearing is needed if you lift the rear at all.

Rookie question here.... Can I just add the Coach Builder 2 inch shackles and front shims for a 'lift' or is there more to it? Hadn't gotten around to calling CB so starting here. I have a 21 TRD and haven't done any mods on stock suspension, etc.
