What y’all waiting on?

What’s everyone waiting on and how long have y’all been waiting? Ive been waiting 2 months on a 1794 crew max 4x4 in either blueprint/black/wind chill pearl.

 

SR5 Sport CM in blueprint. Snuck in on a deserted allocation should be here next week. 1.5 months wait for this one. Was on another list for A month with no allocation before I started calling around.

Waiting on 1794 4x4 TRD OR in those colors as well. My preference is Blue/Pearl/Black with the cream leather, but will take the brown. Worried about how the cream leather will hold up to dirt/stains. Deposit placed early January. Haven't heard anything. I would really like a Platinum w/ TRD OR but that's not an option. Also waiting on a 2 door Bronco

 

I chose to do the saddle tan or whatever they wanna call it because I would absolutely destroy the cream leather with the dogs and what not! Are you doing the bronco and the tundra or whichever comes first?

 

Waiting on a 1794 CrewMax Long bed w/ TRD off-road package in Silver/WCP/MGM in that order, been on dealers list in two different regions since December. Also going to try and snag a 2023 Sequoia TRD Pro for my wife this fall if they get them into production this year. It’s a weird feeling waiting on a vehicle that I’m not able to order, just a lot of hoping when the allocations come out each month.

 

It’s definitely crazy having to wait on a nine custom order vehicle! The sequoia is definitely cool! I wanna get the 4Runner if they ever do a freaking refresh!

I read somewhere or maybe saw one the Toyota YouTube guys say End of 2023 for the 2024 year model is when they’re supposed to be coming out with a new 4Runner. Love the 4Runner’s but they’re not the most comfortable with both, car seats and big kids.

Supposedly a lunar rock SR5 Crewmax TRD offroad that was ordered early February. Initially I was told it would get to me this summer. I got a call yesterday and the sales manager informed me that due to the chip shortages and supply chain issue, it wouldn't be built until next year as the 2023 model year.

Both. Sold our house and all our vehicles when we moved oversees a couple years ago. Repatriated early due to COVID and have to buy all new vehicles. Had 8 year old Platinum w/ 60K miles in great condition. Thought we were going to be gone for several years.

 

Wow I hope that’s not the case! I live a only a few hours from the factory and have seen quite a bit of them around but most are pre sold

 

Put my allocation deposit on a TRD Pro White with Red interior back in September. At this point, I will probably take anyone that rolls up. But because I specified the colors, the dealer says I will get past over until that unit hits their lot. Could be this year, could be next year...

 

Waiting on 1794 Crewmax TRD off road in wind chill pearl with cream interior. Put deposit on December 2nd and was told last month that production was sometime in May with that setting up delivery in July. No news of any changes. I guess this is no news is good news kind of a thing.

 

White SR5 5.5 bed 4x4 with XP predator package. put deposit in about 3 weeks ago about another month from what dealer has told me!

White Limited 6.5 Bed w/TRD Off Road - Dealer got it yesterday, but needs to install some stuff... I've been driving one of their Camry billboards around (River78 - honk if you see me!) for the past 2 weeks and now I'm getting antsy!

 

I am impatiently waiting for a Platinum 4x4 in celestial silver with power running boards and the advanced package. I put a deposit down on March 10. Yesterday the dealer informed me one was allocated to them and it has been reserved for me. He said the build date was early May and delivery should be around mid June. He promised to get back to me next week with a build sheet and exact dates. I am stoked!

 

I am waiting for Toyota to (1) Tell their dealerships to stop the market mark ups, and (2) make plain Jane models in CrewMax 4x4 and 2wd Supercharged V8s so buyers can add the mods that the customers want instead of what Toyota wants!!!

 

One of these exists in Mesa AZ at riverview toyota...I'm holding out for MGM

 

Ordered Jan 26 was told 6 months.Limited lunar rock off road package 6.5 bed.Havent heard anything from my dealer since.

 

Silver is my preference since I think it looks really good with the Platinum's black highlights. Red and MGM are also possibilities, since they also look good with the black. I LOVE the blue denim, BUT, I don't think it goes well with the black.

Two weeks ago, a friend told me he drove past the Toyota Dealer in in Tyson's Corner, MD (just outside of DC). He said he saw a bunch of them in the lot. That's about 4 hours from me, but doable. I called and found they were available... if I want to pay between $15- $30K over MSRP! No wonder they are sitting there.

 

MGM and black is the way to go IMO need it to match this one!

dealerships charging that much mark up should lose their allocations! I’ve had a few say they don’t do mark ups but want to charge up to 5k on dealer add ons… same fuckin shit

 

A flight to London, since 3pm Friday. Looks like I'll get a flight tomorrow. Never doing business with American Airlines or British ever again.

 

To be able to test drive the damn thing. I don't have a problem putting in a deposit but I want to drive one first to make sure I like it.
