Price For new TRD pro will Be 91k plus taxes.
Only 500 will be made in a 1.5 year span and every dealer will get one trd pro a month SMH!!!

This information was given by someone who is very well trusted by me and I can say just wait and see the make up will be 20 k over msrp. Original price is 69k after fees 91k plus what ever dealerships allocation additions each vehicle has added. To sum it up believe me when I say I even my price is not worth it and that's In the 80k range ...

This post makes NO sense. If over the course of 18 months only 500 PROs are to be produced; and every dealer gets one a month, that would mean that every dealer would see 18 PROs over the 18 month period... Which then means there are only 27/28 Toyota dealers in the US???

Sounds to me like North Park Toyota is either building a case for higher mark-ups on these things, or one of their sales folks is doing it!!!

Lol $90k for a truck! Lol! New vehicle prices are out of control especially trucks. I sure hope my ‘19 doesn’t get totaled, I could never afford a new tundra, a base model sr5 4x4 is $50k+ with taxes and finance charges now, this is ridiculous. I bought my new sr 4x4 in 8/19 for $33k. I got lucky buying it when I did.

THIS!! And it's the OP that made the two claims. The $91K claim is bad reading comprehension on his part, as the options on the page are included it the $71.5 price. And the second claim is not made by North Park Toyota, but again, by the OP. And he's gone bye-bye?

300 hectares on single tank of kerosene
Even still, if it were 50K, that would be crazy expensive for a half ton. But I guess that is just the day and age we live in.

Some of the new 22s have sold for 70 and in one case 81k here in Texas so who knows what the price of a 22Pro will reach??

Some idiot will pay over 90K for it. If the OP isn't trolling, its very possible he is just relaying what some dealer told him. Meanwhile, here the dealers that have stupid markups are starting to accumulate trucks on the lot. Toyota of Tacoma has 6 on the lot, trying to get 18k above sticker for a "dealer package" on a SR5 lol

This is probably just a dealer trying to stir up demand so that they CAN charge $91k with markups for it when people are tripping over themselves to get a TRD pro badge.

watching the 4Runner guys drool over TRD Pro 4R’s is hilarious. Its like adding Fox 2.0 coilovers makes it the 8th wonder of the world. And then half of then go and sell the wheels and shocks, the only two things that make it unique in the first place, and replace them with expensive aftermarket parts that would fit literally any 4Runner

So,,,,, I just got off the phone with that dealer and the salesman told me that truck is scheduled to be built at such and such a date and then delivered at such and such a date!! I asked him if the price was true and he said yes! I asked about the 20k and he said because of the rarity of the truck and this and that l. He also stated the price was before dealer add ons and tax title and license!!! Which with my math skills puts that truck at over 100 thousand dollars!!!! Toyota has lost their minds and has made my truck a very expensive vehicle!!!!!! WOW just WOW!!!!!!

I do not like what they are doing at all!

Called my salesman buddy and he told me they are scheduled to get a Capstone in and that MSRP is 79K. He said that with market mark up and dealer stuff it is into the high 80s without tax title and license. And a dealer North of here in Houston just took a deposit on a Capstone with a price of 115K!!!!!!!

There is no way they are going to get financing for these trucks!! People are going to have to pay cash or come up with a huge amount as a down payment!!!!!

oh ya and those be 2 wheel drive vehicles!!:)

Folks, what we are seeing is a "global" (yeah I used it) attack on the American middle/working class. Black@Blue19 is correct; pretty soon only the wealthy or well-off will be able to afford their own transportation, and the working class Americans will soon only be able to afford public transportation. No more new vehicles for the working class; no more affording being able to fix what you already own; no more affording the taxes, maintenance, fuel and repairs for the working class.

...and it's not just vehicles... what about food recently? Look at the recent string of food processing plant fires across the US. Food prices have already been sky high, and now on top of transportation, covid, and import issues we are seeing numerous food processing plants destroyed by fire (and even one plane strike)... WTH????

If too much of your money goes to food, shelter, healthcare, taxes and fees, you won't have money for anything new or even to fix what's old and goes bad. If you are watching what is happening with money (where yours goes, where theirs goes and who benefits the most along the way), it should make you sick!!!!

Sorry for the rant... I'm done! I promise to spend more time on the 'what are you eating, drinking and carrying threads'!!!!!

Have you considered that the inflation we're seeing is a direct result of the trillions of dollars the government has printed recently? Almost half the dollars in circulation has been printed in the last couple of years. The US is purposely devaluing the dollar so that we can repay our national debt with those devalued dollars; our national debt has grown by 50% in the last 4 years, and we are on the verge of being unable to repay just the interest on that debt.

Rampant inflation is going to continue for at least this year, probably longer.

I submitted a build for a pro on the Toyota website today and got a call from a local dealer that they have one allocated to them. However they are adding 22k in dealer mark up. I think it’s insane. Is that normal for the pro?
