Although I was told differently over the phone, the screenshot I have says the build date was on 3/21/2022. Yeah, I would imagine the higher trim levels like the Platinum might have longer wait times since they wouldn't get allocated every week. Fingers crossed for you!

 

That's a beautiful truck! Love the mods/accessories. What brand sliders did you use? Those don't look too bulky - similar to the TRD rails, but can't make out if that's what they are or not. Enjoy that ride!

Nice-looking rig! Have you had anybody ask what the deal is about the "1794 Edition" yet? I'm guessing yes and you know all about the JLC Ranch going back to a Colonial Land Grant in 1794.

 

I didn’t order one. I started my search in mid march. I live in south Florida and called every dealer in Fl, GA, and TX. A dealer in Florida found a platinum not sold yet and had it shipped to me. I bought the truck on April 14. After hearing everyone’s stories I think I got really lucky. My advise is to hound the dealers around you and maybe they’ll work a miracle.

 

they are the factory TRD ones. I had the oval steps but had already agreed with the dealer to swap it out.

 

Can you give us a couple of pictures of the TRD steps?

whats tires are these and exact size? I know 35 but by what? and this is with the RC 1.75 level? i like this look.

Posted this in another thread but finally picked up the truck today. By next Monday, I’ll have the new tires, wheels & leveling kit put on.

thanks! All in all, it was about 6 weeks but to be fair, 3 weeks of that was on me because I basically put money down on the truck but took me 3 weeks to coordinate flying halfway across the country to pick it up.

I put a deposit down on another one & this one fell through. So in some ways I got lucky.

thanks! Judging by your screen name, did you end up getting the TSS?

I tried like hell to get a TSS here in Texas & could never track one down. Ended up having to go half way across the country but ended up getting exactly what I wanted outside of the damn chrome lol.

 

Yes, I got an army green SR5 with the TSS package. The truck you got is exactly what I want on my SR5 but unfortunately Texas don't have that configuration. Oh well. I am so jealous. What city and state did you end up getting your truck at?
