Thanks for the insight. The bolt and washer are actually down inside the metal of the door! It doesn't look/feel like they can go all the way down through the panel, so I bought a magnetic on a piece of flexible wire to try and fish it out.

Did you put on the black badges? They look very nice,I just ordered a set for my 2018 sr5 silver sky tundra . Were they hard to install?

Didn't get the black badges yet but I'm looking at my truck and after the black badges I think I'm going to tint the side windows 20 percent Then after that, down the road black rims . I just don't want to do what everyone else is doing but I feel it will look better than just the sky silver and chrome . Have to break it up
I think I will be done after those three customs. No lift, no anything else I will be done

Properly adjusted WDH should help with rear end squat. It will equally distribute the weight to the front and rear axles as well as some back to the trailers axles. When you add any weight to the back of the truck, there will be some squat. Otherwise your suspension isn’t doing anything to absorb the bumps.

Here’s mine with WDH pretty dialed in. 29’ camper with around 950# of tongue weight. Sits the truck about level. Rides good.

18x9 +25 offset on 37/12.5 is what I’m going to do.

18-25 offset will definitely be the sweet spot.

Accutuned 2.0 R/R Fox rear shocks installed. Slightly shorter than the 5160 they replaced but already seem smoother and more supple on rough roads.

I often stand my truck on its nose to work on the rear shocks. They are pretty at any angle though.

Followed another member's example and replaced Valhalla's Shield standard hex head mounting bolts with allen head socket capscrews:
    PPTaV9MzYQ8eRj3u2Y9eMDSnKrhE2dqfku3oeeyQ_11e914180960fa3abd803e3438a434abac163407.jpg

In case you want to do the same, I used the following from McMaster-Carr:
    (2) socket head capscrews, 3/8"-16 UNC x 3-1/2" long (P/N 90128A637) and
    (2) socket head capscrews, 1/2"-13 UNC x 4" long (P/N 90128A728).

After reading many new converter theft stories on Nextdoor, I also went ahead and ordered the rear Valhalla's Shield converter protection plate. Toyotas are the number one converter theft target in Harris County. Catalytic converter theft is rampant in Harris County, TX and, in fact, a Sherriff Deputy was just killed by thieves attempting to steal them off his personal truck. https://www.foxnews.com/us/texas-off-duty-deputy-fatally-shot-suspects-catalytic-converter-theft

Yeah, this was discussed somewhere back a bit. Has actually happened a couple of times around the country recently with off duty officers getting killed attempting to stop theft on their own vehicles. Disgusting.

Plate looks good on your ride, by the way. I'd like to run a million volts of electricity through mine once I get them installed.

I added a speaker to my GMRS radio today, pretty happy with it. I can hear it clearly, doesn’t interfere with seat movement, out of sight-ish and not in the way of me kicking it.

I may add split loom wrap to the other two wires and put in larger grommets so it’s all nice and uniform.
