2022 Tundra and Motorsport Wheel Spacers

Just wanted to call out great customer service from Motorsport and wheel spacers for the 22 Tundra. I have a Limited with 20" TRD wheels.

Motorsport developed the spacers to fit the new 22 Tundra Hub. Fit and finish is perfect. Install and road testing solid with smooth ride, no balance or alignment issues.

yeah side view would be good, im thinking of throwing 295/65/20 on stock trd wheels but i think I wanna run a half inch spacer.

Could you post more pictures, quarter angle, side shot? Looks flush or even a slight poke even? I thought 1.25" spacers was the shortest they made.

 

Did you have to alter or cut your original studs to make your OEM wheels fit?

 

Exactly why i thought 1.25" spacers were the smallest they made without having to cut the original studs

 

I believe behind the oem wheels, there are recessed holes for extended studs.

Similar to this design, where the studs have additional space via the recessed areas

Hey OP. I have basically the same truck same color and everything. So these 1 inch spacers are basically plug and play, no modifications whatsoever with the trd off road wheels right? Just. Somebody told me the studs are too short for a 1 inch spacer and I just want to make sure about It before I order 2 pairs. Thanks

 

Yes, plug and play. No issues and 7000 miles since install.

For those interested; also 1" BORA spacers on Platinum with Cooper tires:

Bora is top notch. I have 1.25 spacers and 35 12.5s on oem trd wheels. Looks great and the spacers are built so well.

 

Anyone know if stud mods are required for the BORA 1.25 on OEM 1794 Wheels?

 

No mods needed for the trd wheels on a 1794 , I wouldnt think any mods would be needed at 1.25 on any wheel, that was pretty much flush with the stud.

 

1-inch spacers from Motorsport on TRD OR 20" Wheels. Work fine without any modification to studs.

 

I want the 1” spacers on my stock Limited non-TRD wheels, but can anyone comment on how bad the Chipping/Dirt/etc. on the side of the truck is due to the small amount of poke? The poke on my old Tacoma looked awesome but did a number on the paint.
