I was just thinking I hadn't seen many blueprint Tundra pictures... Looks very nice! If you got 'em, post 'em :) looking to get a 1794 hybrid TRD OR next fall in blueprint with saddle brown seats, probably loaded with as much as I can.

i’ll probably have the same impression when I see Supersonic Red in person. But if I see an MGM, silver or Blueprint in person, I think I’ll be just as smitten. Would love to see the same model/trim level on all at the same time (which won’t happen) so I could finally decide. Fortunately I’m waiting on a 2023 MY to buy, so I have time to resolve this dilemma in my head.

My first truck--We have owned five different Toyotas, still have a RAV4, and also drove Chrysler/Dodge minivans for 32 years. Sold our 2013 4Runner and bought this 1794 Edition (short bed) for better towing capacity with our little camper. Ordered in December, built March 1, picked it up March 25. After a bit of breaking in, took it on the road from Michigan to Florida and back. (Did not tow on this trip.) -ZERO- problems. I am VERY HAPPY with this truck!

Things I like that I never had in a vehicle before—

    1) This power train. The turbocharged V6 with the 10-speed transmission is why I chose this over the Ram 1500 Night Edition I drove, which is in other ways a comparable truck. I admire Toyota’s decision to drop the V8. The 32-gallon fuel tank is great.

    2) This technology. The head-up display is terrific! The 14-inch screen with the larger icons makes for more accurate touch control while driving, at least for this shaky old guy! Toyota navigation has some advantages over Apple Maps. I turned off lane tracing assist, but the blind spot and parking monitors are huge helps.

    3) This level of comfort. We wanted better interior lighting, so ended up at this trim level. Wow. The seats were very comfortable on the road trip, the power running boards are helpful, and my elderly uncle and aunt had plenty of room when they rode in the back seat.

What I don’t like—Hmmm… This whole 1794 thing? I mean, “Wind Chill Pearl” is perfect for where we live! But what’s this “Western theme” and “saddle brown” got to do with anything? Every couple of hours the truck offers you a cup of coffee, how about we call it the “Espresso edition”? You’ve got the dark roast, the light roast, and even a bit of an iced latte in there. But hey, where’s my coffee maker? I gotta get my own coffee???!!! I buy a $70,000 truck and it doesn’t have a coffee maker? Come on!

1794 has something to do with the property in San Antonio where they built. I think the Ranch they bought the property from was established in 1794 and this edition is a tribute to that.. (needs to be verified)

I have a 2021 1794 and I like the "western" aesthetic of it. Something not gray or black .... Lol

BTW - That's my fav color tor the 2022 so far. Congratulations!!

YES! It's why I picked 1794 over Platinum.

Congratulations! Thank you for sharing your owner experience and pics. Beautiful truck @ProfLonghair.
I ordered my 1794 4x4 shortbed (Wind Chill Pearl - Saddle Tan Brown). It can't come soon enough. Curious, what date in December did you 'order'? I ordered mine on 3/14 and haven't been given a build date yet.
What are your impressions of the AVS and air suspension? Any and all additional pics and initial impressions are much appreciated.

That's my understanding also regarding where the 1794 trim name came from. The Saddle Tan interior is what also steered (pun intended) me to a 1794 instead of a Platinum. I honestly wish I could put those Platinum wheels on my 1794 however.

Just got my platinum. It was supposed to come the 18th but my dealer called and said it came early. It was a great surprise and it looks even better in person.
