I love the truck just wish it wasn’t a work truck sometimes. Can’t go tooooo wild with the exhaust / mods. I went with 10 just to give it some sound. Personally if it wasn’t for my business I would have gone 8. I’ve heard great things al around from people about DD. If you’re thinking 6 already, sounds like that’s what ya want ;)

Best bang for your buck as far as performance goes, is going to be upgrading your gears in the axles. Nice truck!

I bought my 2014 used. Can’t afford a new one. I just put an RC grill on. I like it. I also put fog lights in the rear bumper. It really brightens things up at night behind me. Looks like you already have a better suspension than my 3.5 RC lift and RC upper control arms. I have RCI skids to put on. And a hood bulge light to install.FC2DE3F9-A4B0-42E2-AF23-8890FFD1C896.jpgA43451EA-0CBF-4B03-883F-B0D689F470E8.jpg9B7E255F-936B-428B-B942-B87C580C82E7.jpg

It also came with the TRD dual exhaust. It puts a smile on my face every time I get on it.

You’ve got two options above your stock gears. Stock gears are 4.30s, you can jump up to 4.88s or 5.29s. there are quite a few threads on it around here, depending on your tire size that you are at now, you at least want to compensate for the larger tires above stock to get you at about the same RPM you would be with the smaller tires. It helps with gear hunting and puts a little pep back in his step. I am at 33 inch tires and while the truck still feels good I know it would feel perfect with 4.88. If you’re going bigger than say a 35-37?inch tire I would probably go with 529‘s. Many would argue that it’s not necessary, but it definitely put your truck back closer to stock feel or better.

do some searching and come to your own decision on that one. same goes for what brand you choose and if you want to put a locker of some type in while you’re at it. Don’t forget if you are a 4 x 4 to do front and rear.

honestly, if I was running 35s, I would go to 529‘s in a heartbeat. You’re going to gain back the stock performance feel and then some.
