I am a territory manager who covers the entire Southeast. I drive 3-4000 miles a month. I am now doing so in some crappy little Nissan.

Really upset about this whole thing and wish I could go back in time. I hate to bash Toyota but this is my only experience and it’s been awful. I’m going back to GM.

I definitely wouldn't return to that dealer! He seems like a douche bag to start with, you make him eat crow via a case manager, God knows what will happen to that truck when it's there.

The crazy part is, is that it’s a corporate Toyota store.

I'm curious, I don't seem to see the 1794 popping up in many (any?) of these problem threads. Are those owners suffering the same issues?

That’s a good point, I have haven’t seen many at all.

I was looking at one on Friday at the dealer last week. It contains the same bumps on the fender flares and was missing auto dimming mirror on the side.

In all honesty, I could live with those things, though shouldn't have to. The mirror thing is clearly a snafu between engineers and paperwork clerks, lol. I just want a truck I know is going to have power when it's supposed to, that's my number one concern.

I can definitely live with the mirror, the fender flare thing I cannot. For 60k it should be perfect

Dang. Truly sorry to @Donas & @Kagisexton for all of your troubles. That really honks a high hard one.

I managed to type this despite the 6 foot erection my (new to me) 2019 is giving me.

all douchiness aside, I really hope you guys get your issues resolved. I think the 3rd gens are really sharp. I want them to be successful
