I think the best you're gonna do is adapting the one made for the Land Cruiser.

Thanks Bob, so you think I should buy the one for the same year Land Cruiser and go from there? Thanks for the response and help by the way. I really appreciate it!

I'm not exactly sure. There is a dude who did it (over on an inferior site) and posted the process. Just google "Land Cruiser snorkel on 1st gen Tundra". it will show up near the top.

You can adapt the 100 series land cruiser snorkel to work. Theres a guy on youtube who made a video of himself driving with it installed (so you can see how it lines up with the A-pillar and looks from the deivers seat for the field of vision) and talks about the process of the install a little bit. I remember he mentioned the antenna has to be relocated when using yhe 100series snorkel. Hope that helps, this is the route im most likely to go myself.

6 years later and 1GT are way more popular, you'd think they'd have a kit already.

    Agreed.

I personally think the 100-series snorkel never looks right on the 1GT. I've snorkelled many trucks.... 3G T4Rs, 1G Tacomas, 60, 80 and 100 series Cruisers, and a GX470. Those all look like they were made for them--cause they were! (Other than the 3G T4R which is technically the 1G Tacoma snorkel, but their fenders and cab are nearly identical. And the GX470 which uses the Prado 120 snorkel, but the fenders and body in that area are literally the same.) But the 100-series snorkel on the 1GT just sticks out and away way too much from the A-pillar. The angles aren't quite correct and it doesn't mount to the A-pillar of the 1GT in the same manner as it does to the 100 as well. Most folks don't even mount it to the A-pillar of the 1GT--no way would I do that. If somebody else wishes to do it that way, go for it. That ain't for me. That's just *begging* to have it ripped right off.
