What annoys you about your truck?

What other vehicle has this?

 

Yeah, that seems stupid to me.

 

I figure it as it only bounces at certain places and always the same places. I asked others and that is what they said it is. The bed has always bounced on Tundras since 2007. Upgrading shocks for something might fix it I guess.

I fixed seat to say window lol

 

Someone on here moved it from that knee location to one of the blank spots under the HVAC controls.

 

I can't stand that the auto-brights don't turn on until 20 mph. I live off a private road that's twisty and can't normally get over 20 mph. Wish they went on/off at 15 at most.

 

Automatic window ONLY on my driver's window...and ONLY going down. Have to hold the button to roll it back up. What in the world??

Remote start kills engine when you unlock the truck or open the door. Silly.

No auto-locking tailgate.

 

I meant: why would you think they would fix it on the 2021s?

 

Good point why would they lol. I am looking at upgrading shocks or something to fix it as it is annoying.

 

Or maybe the SR5 should of come with the sensor that works the wipers automatically when rain hits the window lol.

 

...that it did not come with a supercharger.

 

Adding to the list. My Tacoma has a once touch blinker where you tap it in whatever direction and it will blink three times. Tundra doesn’t have that, really messes with me sometimes driving both.

 

My 21 has that.

So what add on is out there that would be able to retrofit your truck to be able too do it? Turn signal relay, maybe?

The biggest thing that bothers me is the lack of quality of the "premium JBL sound system" My mini Jambox sounds a ton better than the JBLs!

 

For me it's how easily it gets out of alignment. If I go off pavement onto a gravel road, guarantee an alignment will be needed. Second is the stupid squishy brakes. I have to push the pedal about half way down before it begins to grab. Toyota has messed with it several times and cant make it better.

 

How quickly are you driving when you go from pavement to gravel?

 

My Jeep Wrangler had the ability to move the 12vdc socket fuse over 1 location and it went from ign to battery(always on).

 

OK, since we are nit picking, default to tow/haul once a trailer is connected. And locking tabs for the pax floormats.
Really the Tundra does all the major things right. This is like bitching about your wife because she puts the milk back in the fridge in the same spot but with the jug rotated 90*.

 

I thought the Tundra had the same ability. I have yet to hear of a vehicle that comes from the factory with this feature.

 

LOL.. I was going to ask the same question. I had a dead tree fall in front my 2013. I hit the damn thing at 40 mph, jumped and landed on the skid plate and my alignment was still rock solid!

 

Removing the antenna when I get a car wash.. Broke 3, and had to replace the housing before I finally decided it was necessary to remove. Never had a vehicle I had to remove the antenna for an automated car wash. Pain in the butt.

 

Is that what that noise is?! I heard it a couple times last week and wondered WTF that was haha

 

Static electricity in dry weather. The rest is just fine ('19 SR5 w/ TRD Offroad and SR5 Upgrade packages), love it.

 

Slow, less than 20 mph on an easement. No Baja stuff

 

The underwhelming Sound System and a fuel gauge that progressively moves towards E!

 

All I want is the ability to lock my doors with the truck running, while holding the keyfob outside of the vehicle.

 

Weird. Definitely no issues of that nature here.
