That would and may be a good option. These are decorative in my opinion. I could run them as devil eyes and then have them turn indicate on the high switch, maybe. I just wanted something out on the ends of the bumper.

I'm going to do an engine bay and a bed setup at some point. I can't do rock lights because, my truck goes around rocks every time.

Hey hey now, curbs and asphalt need some love every now and then, maybe some pics for the abstract thread. The blood under your truck could have been highlighted after that renegade long boarder assaulted your vehicle……

I never told you how much I enjoy your posts. I'll check that off now. Those mini light bars I'm not using on the bumper will be scene at some point. Not under truck, cause, lol, but they will ruin curbs!

I’d wire low power to running lights and high power to turns

I still have a strong desire to add arrival lights. Just no time to figure out the circuit so they only turn on with the keyless entry

You might be sorry you said that. Arizona is one of the places I’ll be soon. Fake drown all you want. I only show up if you real drown or are dead from some other cause. But be wet and dead, a dry overdose won’t cut it.

I think that's the ticket. And then I think about switching them to strobe so when I roll up on @FrenchToasty he can have a "who's this idiot?" moment.

Cargo lights circuit perhaps? Those fire up with the keyless entry.

I think I have some red and amber bullet/flush mount LEDs around here. Or they are on the way from China. I feel the need to send some to you. Not sure where you could put them on your show truck, but I bet someone here has your address.
Those are cool. I wouldn't get them, but if they were blind spot / there's a car next to you alert lights- that would be something.

if they had a nice cutout like the factory 18 rav4 for blind spot i would buy them. but eh

i dont need more lights yet. i plan on doing diode dynamic c1s as ditch lights with an amber back light i'll wire to turns. i just have to figure out how to mount them to the mirrors. i hate hood mounted ditch lights

Quoting myself. The flush LEDs quote was something I was playing with as a joke. I read it and wasn't sure I liked the tone, because I meant it to be fun and bro-ish. Didn't read that way to me, but the site added it when I replied to last. oof. Well, whatever, now you know or might know I really (EDIT: so no one gets the wrong idea) appreciate your posts. @empty_lord

Those Solo's seem pretty sweet to me. I have no baseline that matters, but they certainly haven't disappointed.. And, the added tire clearance is not in question.

I think the guys that answer the phone over there are the owners. They seem busy, but when I started asking questions about their latest build (the stock length arms) the guy I talked to was willing to spend some time with me. Design process and user results, etc. I enjoyed the conversation.

Good luck on the vibration, I probably drove around with all kinds of weird shit happening over the years. Now I'm all fucked up because I anticipate every damn bump and sound. I wasn't anticipating the brutal noise that showed up this week from my rear end. 100% poly bushings - nope. WTF? Loosened and re-torqued all bolts, greased leafs where I could, finally just sprayed oil everywhere. It's quiet now and I have no idea the real cause of the noise.

I’ve been trying to track this shake down for a year now. It gets violent sometimes. It’s gotta be in the drive shaft. But I still have not had time to unbolt it and drive the truck in 4hi to see if it goes away. May just take the shaft off and see if it’s balanced and while doing that drive said truck to the place to have it balanced

Do any tundra guys just have a drive shaft built? I know cruzer did but he beat the crap out of his. I don't know the difference between a balance and a build. Maybe a lot.

Can we get stainless extra beefy driveshafts made? That would be cool. Solo should get on that.

Way too heavy and not worth the weight or expense.
Aluminum or chromoly are the way for a truck. Alloy for lightweight, but with increased OD. Chromoly for strength and smaller OD.

It's a smart move, so I'm going to print this out and claim it a minute after the drawing if you win :D

But seriously, if you hit it big, please overhaul the suspension on my truck :D

I dreamt the pick 3 numbers once and pick 4 once when I was a teenager one summer while staying with my aunt and uncle in New Port Richey FL. They didn't believe me one the pick 3. Then I gave them the pick 4 the morning I woke up and they chose not to go for it, cost them tens of thousands. I was too young at the time to play. Sadly, it hasn't happened once since, and I can't, for the life of me, understand how, why, or what happened..
