I have it and like it, but be warned, when I first initially ordered from 4Wheelparts, their expected ship date came and gone. I finally went through Ebay. Mine has the tube.

That’s looks pretty good for a decent price. And you don’t have to worry about moving your sensors over to a new bumper.

Did you notice any dip in height once installed?

Did you ever get this hidden bumper? I’m seriously considering it and looking for feedback.

No bumper yet… not sure I want the extra weight and power loss. I do love the look of this bumper the most.

None, but I do have a Bilstein 6112 setup. After all of this time it has been great. Lots of compliments, still looks great to me. Have used the winch 3 times (large tree stump, C7 Vette, and my 128i.)

curious if you have the part number of the one with the bar?

Also if anyone has any experience, looking at this for a 2010. The area it’s looks to be fitting in looks the same as the black plastic area in my 2010. I’m semi hopeful that this would work since SDHQ has one from 2010-2021 models, tells me mounting must be similar, the only questionable part would be that black plastic area compatibility.

I just got one for my new to me trd pro, since I've got a VR12 sitting on a shelf and it's the only bumper that it'll fit in that I've found. Was hoping I could get a feel for how involved the install is.

I just finished installing this bumper (though the version with the tube) and so far I'm pretty happy with it. One person asked if it effected the ride height. I measured mine before and after (never moved the truck) and there was no difference between the stock setup and the new bumper. I have 3" spacers on the front. Without either bumper on it went up a 1/4 inch. The only thing I didn't add back in was the factory tie down points, I felt like they were redundant, and would add ~ 10lbs.

    BE WARNED:
I ordered this from 4wheel parts and their customer service was fantastic - but I had to use them alot. The total number of bumpers they shipped me was 4. 1 of them I never got, 1 I got 3 weeks late (after I installed one of the other ones) and the two that did get to me - were both banged up. One had both ends bent, and a dent. the other had mostly cosmetic scratches - so I repainted it. The box that these ship in is a regular weight cardboard, no pallet or anything to tie it down to, and 3 out of the 4 didn't have a box when they got to me. Each one had various levels of parts included. It was almost 2 months of ordering, waiting for it, talking to UPS, FEDEX, 4WP etc. Not sure how to make it any easier, hope that anyone else has a much smoother experience.

Man, that's a bummer! Mine came from Amazon prime and was the non tube version so was relatively fine. I agree the packaging is too minimal.

No real issues installing it. Overall I'm pretty happy..

I decided to remote mount my solenoid and there's room on the left of the winch to screw into the box. Had to drill a few holes but that made the trimming a little easier.

I also ordered mine through 4WP mid-pandemic, and it was delay after delay (Warn's fault not 4WP). After about an 8 month wait I canceled my order and went to the Covert bumper from CBI. Now it, and my winch are gathering dust in my garage, uninstalled, as I'm not hitting the trails as hard as I expected!
