My beats pro have ambient noise filters so I can switch from noise canceling to that and it allows outside sounds in while listening. Problem is they are so f'ing uncomfortable I can only keep them in for like an hour.

One downside if I get the position, is I will be giving up the 2015 F-150 for a 2007 Ford Focus, though my boss promises that the Focus will be replaced. Since the agency is solely into fords, I’m hoping a Ranger, but I’ll probably get a maverick or escape hybrid

Are you using the vehicle for the daily commute or do you drive your own vehicle to the maintenance yard and switch for the day?

Drive and switch. Commute is going to add a extra 15 miles on the tundra per day. There will be much more road time if I get the new job, as I won’t be in charge of just one location, but 4 full time parks, and a few unmanned areas

At least you’re using their vehicle throughout your day as you travel from park to park, right?

Is this a vase, or is it an urn?

I’m going with urn. I don’t have any vases in my house that look that fancy. Most of them are clear or a solid color.

No lid but it was picked up a thrift store. The flat rim seems to suggest it had a lid at one point.

For the sake of any remaining humanity left in this world, I hope its just a vase and not someone's final resting place that ended up in a thrift shop. Tell the wife you see some residual ash on the inside, and see what she says.

So we have one vote for urn, one for vase, one "i hope it's a vase" and one yes.

I just came up with a great idea (TM pending) ashes of your beloved on the bottom, soil above with a pretty plant on top. I call it Ancestral blooms. I might get rich off this one, who's with me? PM me for more details.

I dunno if ashes will work well there…seems if I remember right it throws the pH off and most plants don’t like that.

I was almost asleep on the couch when my parents called…
Heading to bed shortly…had three strong 16oz beers last night (9%+) and didn’t sleep very good cuz I was a bit tipsy. The older I get, the longer and harder hang overs hit.

I plan on testing everyone before death to match PH levels, for an additional cost of course.
