    Nice!

    Looks almost like what happened in Highland NC when some dumbass kids were rolling lit tires full of diesel down the hillsides a few years back. Like, who the hell does ignorant shit like that?

    Pffft, that's only 5 zeroes. Come back when it's six for a real milestone :rofl:

    Looks like @5N0W808 already found the leak thread. 75% certain this will simply be the cowl leak shown in the video near the bottom of the 1st post in definitive leak thread. That video shows how to easily test. Fix is pretty easy, but a forewarning, if you've never been under the plastic cowl, it's held in with two things, at least on my truck it was: A) There's torx screws holding it in place. 2) There's a snapping clip system that consists of a white plastic "bucket" that's fit into the cab, and a black ball-end snap that's on the cowl. There's a solid chance you'll break some of the snaps when pulling up the cowl after removing the bolts. I posted about this but can't find the post (I'll re-link here if I do in the next minute or two).

    Anyway, these are the part numbers for those:

    90467-07045-22 ==> Black ball-end posts
    90467-08184 ==> White cup-style receiver

    Here's what they look like, the black piece snaps into the cowl, white part snaps into your cab:

    Glad you are OK buddy, but very sorry you’ve been in a rough patch. I like your plan to take care of yourself, and that you see the limits to what you can do before you suffer. Thanks for taking the time to check in. We all appreciate it.

    I also called the Muhlenberg County jail to make sure you didn't need to be bailed out. I'm glad that's not the case and glad to hear from you.

    The upside is after a successful GoFundMe campaign: #findnoah, and after covering expenses - we are all getting long travel and @Sunnier has a 4-link inbound. #suckitdirty7 #plus6stance.

    Good to see you're back. Was really starting to wonder. Was offering to come see you but I'm glad it didn't get to that point.
    Guess the fuckin around finally turned into finding out. Not sure of the specifics of your situation (and I can understand why you wouldn't want to share on a truck forum) but I hope your plan puts you where you want to be in the (hopefully near) future.

    I'm only a couple hours away if you wanna walk around a junkyard and shoot the shit or something. Take it easy man!

    I played an IOS game that was free with add-ons. Shit wasn't free. Fun, community, expensive to play if you like winning. It was based on a previous model that a nice young lady explained to me in PM and I walked away quick. A bit of a difference between fantasy and durable goods, but this community can be the same. Amazing, inspiring, and we want to win (or just be a part). I am no role model, and probably a bad example for some. I'm not telling anyone what to do other than myself, except - think.

    Hey buddy - pay the love back by loving yourself. Take care of you first.

    I recently joked about my next Tundra being a Tundra SUV. Some thought Sequoia, but I meant a crew cab & ixnayed the Sequoia.
    Was at a party tonight & we ended up in the garage. Darn if I didn't stumble across a lovely '04 sequoia, my preferred colors inside & outside, LTD, well cared for, garaged, couple issues that can be delt with or ignored. Oh, & it's going to be for sale soon. So, I've got first dibs on a Sequoia.

    suddenly I got a lot to learn about V8 2004 Sequoia's.

    Does anyone know why Toyota gives two different oil capacity numbers, with and without a filter? Do people actually replace the oil and not the filter?

    It calls for 4.7 quarts with filter on the Rav4. Every time I do an oil change and replace the filter, it shows overfilled on the dipstick with 4.7 quarts. And yes, I'm letting all the old oil drain out in my level garage.

    Ther was a smaller filter with these trucks early on. Maybe the lesser capacity is meant for that filter.

    I've always found that my truck needs half a quarter more than Toyota says.

    I used to skip it when I had the truck new on occasion changing it every 3K miles on dino oil, but one change I found the filter 3/4 clogged so I've been changing them every 5K oil change on synthetic.

    One would think that the filter would keep the contamination out of the new oil if you ever did it in a pinch. Of course I wouldn't recommend it.

    I always change the filter every change on the truck since it’s convenient and easy but the matrix I change it every other oil change.
