    Looks interesting.
Some competition for the Morimotos OE fog.

I like the amber color/backlight feature.

This hasn't grabbed much traction over her eon the Tundras side, but for those of you who are interested in a more OEM look while getting a performance upgrade there's a new option inbound in just a couple of days!

Sure wish all lighting manufacturers would be held to a single standard (that actually means something) for output comparisons.

    DD using candela.
    BD using raw lumen.
    Rigid using lux.
Every Amazon China bar using triple lumen…

What’s the most uniform measurement? I’m not a lighting specialist so don’t know what to believe. What I detect is that all the manufacturers are grabbing what they can that makes their product appear to outshine the competition. And I’m not saying any of them are incorrect! Just odd that we have to compare apples to bananas to carrots when picking…

I'm thinking I'd like to go with the amber as it looks sick driving in snowy conditions but I haven't really seen good fog light video in foggy or normal driving conditions to see if I'd prefer white or amber.

Where do you live? Is it somewhere that experiences a lot of snow/fog? If not, and you think you'd prefer the white output you still can't go wrong. The low and wide pattern is still going to be a nice bump over OEM performance!

We run yellow and absolutely love it. We also run up here in MT with a bunch of snow so we run the SS3 maxes which get hot enough to self clear in a blizzard. These elites would build up with snow like OEM ones.

I'm in NJ, not a ton of snow days but occupation makes no exceptions for weather of any kind. I'm leaning toward the yellow; have to look at the SS3 vs the Elite

You can't go wrong with either! SS3 Sport and Elite series have similar performance characteristics. If you want a boost in power you'll have to look to the SS3 Pro or Max.

Thank you for your info. Will rarely see the kind of weather you guys do so decided on the elites. I like the way they look and I think the output will be plenty for my needs.
Put two sets of the Elites on order (pre-order actually). Yellow for me and the white for Dad's Tacoma. He kept commenting on other trucks where the fog lights had the same white light appearance as their LED headlights. Says ships June 17

@memario1214 help me out here… Looking to upgrade my fogs on my 17 Limited TRD. I’d been eyeing the SS3 for a while, but it looks like these are nearly as bright and are a simpler install? Any reason I should opt for the ss3 over these? (I be getting the sport ss3… don’t need super high power fogs) thanks!

From a strictly functional perspective the answer to your question is no! You are solving an aesthetics problem at this point. Do you like the look of the SS3s or the Elites? They're neck and neck!

I would love to tell you but I'm still waiting. Have received several emails alerting me of upcoming shipping dates. Was supposed to be middle of June, then later in June and now it was supposed to have happened again but nothing. Shame as I placed orders first week of May for a set of amber for my Tundra and white for my father's Tacoma. They weren't in production yet so expected date was June 17. I wanted the white ones for a father's day gift to Dad, even if they might have been a little late. That ship, obviously, has sailed and I'm just waiting at this point, having been told they'd ship "within the week" several times now... Difficult to predict lead times with a new product but I am anxiously awaiting their arrival.
