There's a big obstacle here for you, OP. Sure, fuel lines, fuel pump, etc are all going to be expensive, but I don't think 2020+ ECUs have even been cracked yet to allow for a tune to run E85. So even if you were to get the hardware at a good price, you'll also have to beat the pro-tuners to market with a custom E85 tune on your 2021 ECU.

@ViktorG is a very reputable tuner on here. Maybe he would like to chime in with thoughts or suggestions.

vF Tuner and HP Tuner are available for the Gen 2.5 including 2020s. vF cracked it some time ago and HP Tuner announced it within the last few weeks.

Interesting your prices are rising. They have dropped over 30 cent in South Carolina in two weeks. $3.67 at Costco today for regular unleaded

E85 will get you 75% of your current MPG due to the energy (btu) difference between the two. So if you're at 14 now, you'll get 10.5 w E85. If E85 is 75% what regular E10 gas is in your area, then a wash, if cheaper, then you'll be ahead
