Can 6.5ft bed rail track fit CrewMax bed 5ft 7in with mod?

Hey I do not have a rail track system on my CrewMax with 5ft 7in needI have a chance to get used rail track from a 6.5ft bed. I was wondering if I can get the longer bed rail track fit the crew max bed with some cutting at the ends? The bolt holes may align but need to saw off the ends a little. Can it be done?

I saw in a video the 6.5ft bed rails has 6 screws to make them fit. The Crewmax bed has 5 screws holes in it.

I am going to gamble it will fit but asking if someone has already done this and know this can be done.

 

If the holes don’t match you can drill hole(s)

 

I have a set of the 6.5 side rails in the garage. If you post the measurements of the holes, I can measure the rails to see if they line up.

 

So I measured the hole spacing. It's just a little shy of 13in between each of the side 5 screw holes.
