Not sure yet. Had a hiccup with the fitment, so we need to do some redesign. Getting a truck to use Sunday for a couple of days to get accurate measurements

So far so good. I havn't had it through a touch free car wash yet but I'm pretty sure from the build quality and design it will be as good if not better than any other cover I have owned when it comes to keeping out water and the elements. This by far is the most expensive cover I have owned but figured I spent so much on the new truck, why cheap out now. What I do like is it rolls up and rolls out super easy. Because of the aluminum slates and the track it sits in, it rolls up even. The velcro closure system along the bed rails is really nice for a super flat, tight seal. And, I really like the "premium" woven material compaired to the traditional vinyl. The cover is heavy and what I would consider "beefy".

Do you have the deck rails? How does it look with those?

Yes, I have deck rails. Works with them perfectly and it allows for use of factory tie downs. Maharisc just posted a link to pictures I posted the other day. Take a peak and let me know if you have any other questons. BTW - You can get the cover if you don't have factory deck rails.

Got rid of my cloth seats and added black leather with red stitching. The colors blend well with what I'm going for, look wise. This leather quality is supposedly better durability wise than katzkins and less than half the price. I paid $800 for the leather and install. Katzkin wanted almost 2k with the same style.

My local Toyota dealer has a guy they use for all their interior stuff. I'm not sure where he gets his leather but they obviously cut him mad deals lol

Do a little digging, they may have other leather options around you. Maybe ask your dealer if they have someone they deal with in the area.

I saw when CBI first posted this bumper on their instagram about a week ago, I wanted it. My only concern is with the Air dam, which has to be removed. Is there a work around for the airdam yet? I'm sure it'll cause a error message if you unplug the air dam motor and there are no bypass yet with this bumper.

To be fair...if you have the power air dam, then you'll run into this with any bumper (most likely).

Side note...I didn't think any SR or SR5s had the powered air dam. My TRD OR SR5 doesn't have it. Maybe it's only on the SR5s with the TRD Sport package since that's supposed to be more of a "street truck."

Yeah. I figured the air dam would be problem on my TRD sport. Just thought there be a way to disable it yet. Tried looking through techstream, no luck. I've seen base SR5 without trd packages with Airdam. Think only the TRD offroad package removes it, which makes sense for offroading. Airdam would take a beating.

Thinking brutally here, could you leave the connector attached and lift mechanism in place and just saw the physical dam off? This way the system is thinking it’s doing it’s job but there is nothing to flip down.

Probably. It would depend on the way this is monitored. If the system if monitored by air flow(doubtful), then no, you'd likely still get a light. If it is monitored by a position sensor in the dam actuator, then yes, leaving it attached would be a valid work around. If the position sensor is separate from the actuator, then you could still make a work around, but it'd be more complicated. Of course there is always a little electrical tape over the check engine light.....

I have seen the air dam on SR5s without TRD packages. The only Tundras without it I know of so far is SR5 TRD ORs.

I'm also interested in this. I'm worried it'll look too busy with the lines of the TRD grille. Those ditch light brackets look enticing though.
