My 2022 Tundra has a lock on one lug nut of each wheel.
I checked to see the location of the lug nut lock key but cant find it.

Anyone know the location they usually put the lug nut key?

    Function before sparkle.
Obvious places like the glove box and console aside, did you check with the jack?

Check your glovebox? Mine was with my tire tools (check for yours under the passenger side rear seats), it was in the black sleeve with the tire iron.

I ended up losing mine and called up the local toyota dealership, they let me borrow their tool (for free) to get my spare out...

Glove box, center console or with the jack and tire drop kit?

Thanks, I already checked all those places already but no key.
I would have assumed it should be kept with the jack
I'll check with the dealership to see what the deal is.

or buy the Rocket Socket tool:
    https://www.amazon.com/ROCKETSOCKET-removal-Extract-Rounded-off-vehicles/dp/B07YYP1XD4?crid=34AA5Q4LEQ5BT&keywords=rocket+socket&qid=1648511221&sprefix=rocket+socket%2Caps%2C123&sr=8-7

I guess I'm lucky enough that I live in a place where boring OEM wheels aren't stolen much from vehicles. I have removed those stupid locks on every vehicle I've had for over 15 years, useless. I live in a city with 1.4 million people and my wheels have never been touched. I'm a big fan of keeping things simple and those stupid wheel locks are just a pain in the ass.

If you are concerned about your now very expensive to replace wheels and tires being stolen, check out Advanced Wheel Locks. I don’t live where it’s a problem but occasionally do go places that have an elevated level of wheel/tire theft. The special tool from Amazon will not get these locks off. I have these locks on two Toyota vehicles and our cargo trailer. Expensive, yes. But a lot cheaper than replacing your wheels……

It doesn't look like my 20" TRD wheels have lock lugs at all? Is that normal?

Edit: Looks like they don't come with them. Odd, my 2017 Tundra with TSS package came with lock lugs.
