Who has a new 2022? Post your new truck pics here!!

Do you notice any difference in ride quality with the level and the Airbag adjustment? Do the Airbags still lower and raise as normal? Curious as I want to do the same on a 1794 with all the same options.

 

What color interior? I am digging the brown on black wheels.

This one was in Maryland. The first Lunar Rock I was going to get was located at a dealership in RI but I canceled the reservation because even though it was a SR5 TRD OR, it was very basic. I've seen listings in my area but they get reserved pretty quick. I think there might be one still in NC but it's a 4x2, with a TRD OR package..... One of the Texas dealerships contacted me recently about a LR. I'll see if I still have that contact somewhere and I'll PM if you they still have it.

 

Love the Platinum MGM with the 18s. My ideal setup. Did you pay the dealer to swap out the 20s or did you keep the original 20s and pay for the new wheels and tires?

 

Decided my new 1794 had too much chrome, so I wrapped the rear bumper and the mirror caps. I'll tell you what though - those mirror caps were a PITA even after watching all the tutorials on the YouTubes. If I were to do it again, I might just order the caps in the color match. But hey, I learned something new today, right?

 

Thanks dude! I kept the 20s for a designated snow set. Bought the wheels and tires separately.

Today was the day. Picked up my white limited and installed the black emblem overlays. I put about 35 miles on it today and absolutely love the truck.

 

Finally got it. Tires, leveling kit, and bed cover are on order.

Got mine this week. SR5 crew max with some TRD extras.

 

Wheels are battleborns 18” +18 offset. Tires are the Falken Wildpeaks AT3/W 295/70

Finally picked it up a few days ago. March 8 build date. After watching this thread daily for a few months I can finally post… 130 miles in and loving it, but fuel gauge decided the tank was suddenly full again..

Just got a notification from my dealer that my blueprint platinum 6.5 bed just hit the dealership! I have another one (wind chill platinum with 5.5 bed) also on order so I am just waiting till that one hits the other dealer so that I can compare and choose one. Either way, I'll have one of them in my arms by the end of the week!! I'll update once I get possession

 

Nice, do yourself a big favor though and bring a small light with you. Check every inch of that truck for rust including the engine. Better the dealership takes care of it and it’s documented.
My 22 Tundra 1794 had several areas with rust where you wouldn’t think rust should be on a brand new truck with 15 miles on it.

 

I have my preferences set for Midnight Black in the waitlists I'm on, because I go back and forth on Blueprint. Early photos of the '22s looked REALLY purple to me, but photos of recent builds look dark blue, which is super cool.

I don't think the blueprint color got reforumlated along the way... or did it??

 

Can you expand on this - where did you see rust? I'm still on waitlists, so nothing to check yet for me. But I live in Seattle-ish, and the damp and rain mean we're more impacted by rust than other areas.

(Though we don't salt winter roads, so that's good)
