Just got a custom tune done from a local tuner using HP Tuners. I love what the tune has done to my truck - improved throttle response and shift points. Anyways, I will be back. I want to drive it some more even if it costs me $20 to do a quick loop.

 

Is this on stock engine? Or are you supercharged?

 

I too am about to hit a mileage milestone. Owned my Tundra for 2 years this month. Explanation for such low mileage... a deployment.

 

It was really simple tbh. Just a matter of plugging the new harness on the back of the radio. I made sure to get a 2021 radio with nav since my 2014 came with nav. The factory GPS and Sirius antennas plugged into the 2021 radio without any modifications. My factory USB plug now works for CarPlay/AA.

Installed the air intake from SB Filters today. I didn’t believe I’d be able to hear a difference, but sheeeesh. That sound is gorgeous.

 

I just did this as well yesterday, couldn’t be more happy with how it turned out. Truck felt like it came back to life after putting on my 35s. I know gears and supercharger do significantly more, but this is more than plenty for me

 

Where are you guys getting tunes at?

 

Turned out really good, what are the specs on your suspension and tires. Our trucks look pretty similar!

I am currently sitting on 5100s all the way around with the front at the top setting. Nothing in the back but the shocks. I went with a 275/70 General Grabber APT.

 

They're just stock . Not sure which trim levels they come on.

 

I like those rims. I have the smoked mesquite and want some rims that are deep dark bronze. Nothing bright but subtle and work well with the smoked mesquite.

I did not use a kit. These were leftover strip lights I had for landscaping. I did not do the back just the sides.

My Nieghbor has a heritage edition, I asked him to order me a set. But yeah I agree… they would look very nice on the mesquite. I like them the most on that army green color.

The only thing I didn’t order, which I’m about to, is the filter cover. West Texas dust is unforgiving.

 

Hauled some junk to the dump today. The bed stiffeners make such easier tie down points when the bed is full. Good riddance to that worthless dishwasher!
