Well, both my wife and I got some good news, this last week. She had her scan (we had skipped it for 3 years, due to finances) and she is still cancer free, after losing 1/2 of one lung. And I found out my knee replacement is still intact, occasional swelling and buckling, not withstanding, lol! The eyes are doing well, too!

 

That’s great news!

Yep - and unfortunately easier to believe/realize as they accumulated.

 

Didn’t mean to make it deep or dark. My goal is to dance with my daughter at her wedding and meet a couple grandkids.

If I make it, I’m gonna be one of those skydiving, bungee jumping, wheel me into traffic old folks.
I’m going out with a bang if anything.

Spent the last 10 days painting a house my special needs bro-in-law is going to rent. I'm freaking whooped. Migraines are flaring. My damn bones are just tired. I'll take some pics tomorrow and post it in the home improvement thread.

Anyways, we had to go pick him up some stuff at Walmart and I stumbled upon some more goodies.

Lucky Charm pancakes and Cinnamon Toast Crunch cake mix... didn't purchase either one.



This though... this was a great find. A York Peppermint Patty Easter Bunny.



The best thing about it is that it was THICK. They need to make double stuffed York patties a thing.

 

I have the ass of it left. Mrs. Bandito yelled at me for eating it all so I had to stop.

He turned 50 last year in January.
