Lifting a 3rd gen

I'm new here and looking for anyone that has or will be doing modifications on a 2022 Tundra. I did read that you can use the second gen's strut spacer to lift the front. Not my first choice, i'm looking for full strut and spring, 2-3 in lift for 33in tires and a little more of a aggressive look. Thanks

 

So far only seen mostly everyone using spacer lift. Westscott design making their own preload collar on front but using spacer puck in rear. Only one I’ve seen so far that actually uses spring lift is from Adventure Motor, using Dobinson stuff. All still testing. This truck is new platform that just came out last month. So going to be awhile. Lol.

don't need any lift or level for 33s. Rough Country has a lift coming out soon (unknown what's included,) Westcott Designs has a collar lift coming later this month (better than a spacer lift) and there is the TRD lift kit that is very inclusive which should cost about 4k plus install. I'm sure there are more in the works, that's just what I know of right now.

Dobinsons, Icon and Adventure Motors KC are all working on coilovers and rear lift kits- adventure motors will be first to market, then dobinsons if i had to guess

Anyone dealt with Wescott Designs? They're coming with a preload collar lift kit.

 

My truck will be here around Feb 1. It'll be going straight from the dealership to Superlift for R&D for their lifts along with some R&D for Bushwacker and N-Fab I'm told. Should take a few weeks, but Ill post pics as I can.

 

While I have never purchased anything from the, I know those who have, have had great experiences. They make quality products and have a good reputation

Nice to see some UCA's are in the works. Has anyone seen the spring perch spacers that RPG uses for the Raptors and Broncos? It seems like a simple design with the same lift principle as a 5100 or the Westcott spring perches. I think a 3/4-1" spacer under the spring perch with a 1/4-3/8" thick spacer on top (like Torq Engineering's) would be a good way to net 2-3" for fairly inexpensive and not be ALL spacer on top.

Once my truck shows up I'm going to pull a strut apart and see what the spacer would take but judging from what I've seen it will be a 6061-t6 aluminum tube lathed to match the specs of the perch seat on the strut and cut to length desired. I'll keep this thread updated once I can get my hands on a 22' front shock.

 

Any updates from people who have installed either the Wescott preload collar or the procomp lift?

Is the preload collar just the same as a spacer lift? New to all this and trying to figure it out.

 

Just got the pro comp lift done today-

I was pleasantly surprised with how nice it still rides compared to stock.

I had the AVS system, just unhooked it and zip tied the cables out of the way, no lights in the dash so that was a relief.

 

That looks really good. How level is it?
