Correct DeGausser. Hooke Road. Installed in my garage. Took about 2.5 hours including removal of stock bumper. Love the clearance!

Did you wire wheel the fender when installing the taco tunes bracket under the ground? I couldn't tell from the picture.

I just installed the C4 Overland bumper with full height bull bar and a Badlands Apex 12k winch. It all fits together very neatly without relocating the control box. Not sure if this has already been answered but thought I'd chime in with my experience.

    Lots.
 Thanks very much for the information, that was exactly what I was looking for and I'm glad to hear of your first hand experience. I plan to use the Badlands Apex 12k on my bumper when it arrives.

They took it down while they catch up on other orders. They're trying to avoid the extra long lead times I believe.

Another satisfied Coastal Offroad bumper customer here. Overall a very well built kit that was a pleasure to assemble.

Regarding the Coastal Offroad bumper used with the RCI skids, you will need to trim a bit from the skidplate for everything to fit properly. It is very simple to take about 5/8" off with a cutting wheel and I also sanded the front two spacers (only used with a diff drop) down about 1/8" for a nice snug fit.

Not yet. I made the poor choice to save a couple bucks and purchased the Badlands ZXR12000. It smoked while I was respooling it with synthetic rope. I went together with everything else and will have to pull it again to reinstall the new winch once I return the Badlands and get a different one.

Damn that sucks. I went with the ironman 12k winch together with the bumper, they have an amazing sale going on for black friday. I have played with it a couple times and its pretty beast.

What smoked on it. The motor or the brake? I’d give badlands another shot.

I had smoke come out from under the drum. The motor side of the drum was running 155 degrees while the planetary side was 93. I used a laser temp gun. I don’t usually give second chances to something that took a dump that quick again. It’s also only listed as a 90 day warranty.

Install was a cake walk since it's made for the bumper. All I had to do was reclock the lever 90 degrees so it's easier to use. Gotta make sure you get the smaller control box for the raid. Therea an option. Best part is 5 year warranty.
