Qi charging / wireless. Something changed

2022 Toyota Tundra

This never happened and now seems to be happening frequently. My trucks charging pad would move from green status to yellow when charging. If it would not pick up a charge it would blink consistency yellow. Now what I am seeing is it starts to charge for about 15 minutes and then the yellow light has 3 quick blinks consistently. No the battery is not fully charged and it happens with the cover on or off the phone Any thoughts
