    This appears on page 34 of the nav manual

    When a USB hub is used to connect multiple devices, devices other than the first device to be recognized cannot be used

    I don't understand this. if i use a smart stick with music will the port then be useless for updates?

    I think it means whens when you're using your your smart stick usb with music, other devices such as wireless android auto/apple car play may not be used. I think the media console can only be active with one media device at a time.. i dont think it affects the ability for any updates.

    On my '20 I've got a USB hub and 2 thumb drives in it full of music. One with music I like and the other with music my daughter likes and then on the Audio screen I can select which one to listen to.

    I have an 18 and If Im playing music via bluetooth and a phone is plugged up via usb, the music stops and truck trys to connect to usb device

    thanks everyone. this has been very helpful. Unfortunately my dealer tells me there will be no allocation of Tundras this month for our area at least.
