Accidently cut the cord to this

    So I was cutting out the floorboards to add storage in my 2021 and I accidently cut the cord to this.

    Can anyone identify it? It's in the dead center, right under the carpet and padding.

    That is related to the keyless entry system. You should be able to just use butt connecters and some heat shrink tubing to reconnect them.

    Now, the other part is, how many threads are there about installing underseat storage that warn in the 2020 and 2021 to watch for that exact wiring and sensor? o_O If you are installing ESP storage, I know it’s covered in their instructions too…
