So I was cutting out the floorboards to add storage in my 2021 and I accidently cut the cord to this.

Can anyone identify it? It's in the dead center, right under the carpet and padding.

    Thanks

That is related to the keyless entry system. You should be able to just use butt connecters and some heat shrink tubing to reconnect them.

Yea, it's an easy fix. I was just wondering what it was.

Please change your title. "Help!" is for use by people actually needing help due to being lost/stuck/broke down in remote areas and folks in need of emergency assistance.

It won't let me change the title and I've seen no such rule in the rules section

Does it have a sticker on your phone that says "don't call 911 to ask the best toilet paper"?

It’s not a "rule", it’s an unspoken guideline. Go to your profile, posts made by me, find your post and click edit.

I didn't even know the "help" rule/guideline and have never posted a "help" thread ... but your post was very funny!

Now, the other part is, how many threads are there about installing underseat storage that warn in the 2020 and 2021 to watch for that exact wiring and sensor? o_O If you are installing ESP storage, I know it’s covered in their instructions too…

They were just explaining. No panty twisting. We all like to crack jokes and have fun. Notice that your issue was addressed before any jokes or prods ensued. It's a helpful community, but you have to have a sense of humor to survive it.

Actually, it would be your last thread.
Your last post would be the one I quoted.

    Just wanted to clarify.

    And welcome.

At least you’re still visiting, so there’s that.
